The company failed to perform standard "walk-around" inspections at either the start or the end of my rental. Despite having no documented baseline, they processed an unauthorized charge of $1,084.77 to my credit card without consent for alleged damage. ​THE RESPONSE: When I formally requested documentation--specifically the time-stamped video footage they claimed to have and an itemized repair estimate--the response from the Vice President, Ron Germany, was incredibly unprofessional. He labeled my request for proof "ridiculous," explicitly refused to provide any evidence of the damage or repair costs, and stated he would no longer communicate with me. Furthermore, a representative named Angela Teaver threatened to file a police report over what is clearly a civil contractual disagreement--a tactic that may constitute a misdemeanor under Georgia law. ​FORMAL ACTIONS TAKEN: As a professional with 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in legal and compliance, I do not take these matters lightly. I have initiated the following: ​American Express: A formal dispute for the unauthorized charge. ​NMEDA: A formal mediation complaint with the National Mobility Equipment Dealers Association, including all email correspondence. ​Legal & Regulatory: I am filing complaints with the Georgia Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division and the BBB. I will also be contacting their legal representation (The Bryson Law Firm) regarding the empty legal threats used as a "scare tactic" against me. ​ADVICE TO CONSUMERS: Neither the Owner, CEO, nor General Manager took the time to address these concerns. If you choose to rent here, you MUST take your own date-stamped photos of every inch of the vehicle at pickup and drop-off. My family and I were in town and the Mall of Georgia was on our list for sites to see. I reviewed the website to see if they offered wheelchair services and the review that stated they did was 3 years old. I continued my search and found that on 2025 they no longer offer the service. So I did a google search and found Mobility Plus Buford which was conveniently located near the mall. It was about 10pm and I had questions. I saw an option to "text" the business and I figured I'd leave my questions and they'd text me the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised when David, the owner, responded right away. He assured me that they had a wheelchair available and once I arrived he'd take care of everything right away. From the beginning transaction till the rental return, it went smoothly and much better than expected. He gave us a quick tutorial on how to setup and fold up the wheelchair and even gave us safety instructions on transporting my mother safely. I will 100% recommend this business. The engine light came on the code said water pump they replaced the water pump, but they charged me for labor again 3days after they put in the second water pump the engine light came back on. I took it to another BMW mechanic scanned the code said water pump malfunction. I told them you guys look into it. See what's going on. Fix it and let me know they removed the water pump that was put on the second time and told me it's an after water market pump it's so cheap. It doesn't even have a name or serial number on it. It was not compatible to the 740 BMW this company is putting aftermarket parts and cheap parts on your vehicle.

They actually got her there early. Drivers were helpful and kind. For anyone not familiar with these services, FYI, the driver does not stay during round trip rides. They drop you off. Then after your appointment is done, you contact them and they come back for pickup in about 20-40 minutes.
