That was a week ago, and still no one has called. This is the second time I reached out to them for help with the machine. The first time, I had to call three times over two weeks before finally getting someone to respond. There are a lot of worse reviews listed on here. But this is my experience.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise anyone needing medical equipment to **AVOID PURCHASING OR GETTING ANY MEDICAL EQUIPMENT THROUGH ROTECH.** They should be investigated and shut down immediately. My experience revolves around an employee named **Regina (aka Gina)**, who single-handedly ruined the process and demonstrated shocking conduct. ### The Fraudulent Device Delivery * **Dishonesty & Fraud:** My doctor's order for a **new CPAP machine** was sent on October 17, 2025. My insurance, **Medicaid, covers the device at 100% and fully pays for a new machine.** ROTECH intentionally delivered, via a therapist, a **12-month rental used CPAP machine** instead of the new one I was entitled to and paid for by Medicaid. This manipulative and deceitful bait-and-switch is fraudulent. ### Extreme Unprofessionalism and Abuse * **Zero Communication:** From the date the order was sent (10/17/2025) until today (11/13/2025), I received **zero proactive communication** by email, text, or phone calls from ROTECH regarding the status of my order. * **Rude and Abusive Conduct:** When I finally managed to connect with the company, I spoke with **Regina (aka Gina)**, who is responsible for processing the CPAP order. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. * **Yelling on a Recorded Line:** During a three-way call that included me and a representative from **Medicaid (on a recorded line)**, Gina continued **yelling and screaming** at me, the patient. * **Refusal to Consult with Physicians:** Gina was completely dismissive of my medical team, stating she **"doesn't want to hear from the patient's doctors"** regarding the equipment order. This level of disregard for patient care and the medical community is appalling. **Conclusion:** The combination of outright fraud regarding equipment delivery, complete lack of communication, and the abusive, unprofessional behavior of their staff member, Gina, demonstrates that ROTECH operates without integrity or respect for its patients. They pose a risk to patient health and financial resources. **They should all be fired and put out of business due to fraud and unprofessionalism.** We added several complaints about the ROTECH company for a new CPAP purchased machine since 10/2025
