My experience buying a van through Andy Parker was amazing. And when i have service for routine maintenance everything goes smoothly, if you are waiting onsite. However, they apparently close or don't answer the phone after 4pm on Fridays and I have had to have my van towed for repairs to the ramp/door well before my appointment time and no one has called me about it, nor can I get anyone to answer the phone at 4:30pm. I just get the we'll answer during business hours message on the phone - during business hours. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! IGNORE THE HIGH REVIEWS! I am leaving this review because I generally care for the disability community being apart of it myself and wish to not see everyone get screwed over by this company! The owner Samuel Jefferson, asks you to remove your review if they fix the issue. I workout at a paralysis recovery center and both clients and the trainers say they have a bad reputation. It sure shows. I had them install a new bracket on my power chair. The bracket was too low and dragging on the ground. I had them give me a new battery as the old one died. However, a week later the new battery is dead too. I had to have my father in law who is a mechanic, but doesn't work on handicap accessible vans fix their issues. That's a problem when a mechanic who doesn't work on said vehicle has to fix the problem for the experts. They said they would fix the power chair bracket for free and they fixed that, but I requested that they fix another issue being that I am not able to release my power chair from the dock. They completely ignored that request and only did the power chair. I have found another company that has a good reputation. Happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

Andy Parker at Mobility Works in Norcross, GA was such a lifesaver for me an my parents. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. My 80 year old parents were recently in the market to purchase their first handicap accessible van, and Andy made the process super easy for them. He was patient, informative, accessible, caring and went out of his way on numerous occasions to help my parents. He made several trips to my parents home vs them having to drive to the Mobility Works location - to measure, deliver & pick up vans/cars - making it super ease on them. He helped with researching the proper in-car docking/locking system and electrical wheelchair that would make daily car travel 100% easier for both of my parents. Thank you Andy! What a horrible experience! Took my fiancé's car to try and get her key fob/ramp fixed. The technician looked clueless and had no idea what was going on. They just talked about the same thing. "We don't have these kind of issues here, the guy in Marietta can probably tell what's going on". The lady tried to act like she knew what was going on. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend buying or getting service here. Bought a van with a wheelchair ramp in 2018 and we have brought the van back 5 times to get the door repaired. The door associated with the ramp starts to open then closes back. With pressure you can force it to open all the way. But, for my husband in a wheelchair that does not work. We brought it back 2 weeks ago and first time using it the same thing happened. So, I am sure they did not even test the door. We called BraunAbility to seek advice on how to repair it. We questioned why Mobilityworks could not do the same. BraunAbility called Marco, the service manager, at Mobilityworks with the remedy. Unfortunately, we have tried to reschedule a service appointment for a week. Still no return call from Marco or the receptionist. Just like another review the paperwork was not properly submitted to obtain tags which resulted in multiple trips to the tag office. read more

My car with a wheelchair lift was ram from the back so we brought it in for repairs. This is by far the WORST experience! Everything is so unorganized. One person would say bring your car in so we did, once we got there it's "o they shouldn't have told you to come in yet." Brought it in on another scheduled date and they have no idea what's going on. FINALLY got our car in and when we called they said our car is ready so come pick it up. I had transportation set up for my son that I cancelled hearing that the repair is done. Came there and they are clueless! Said my car isn't ready and whoever I spoke to gave us the wrong information. Okay, now I'm pissed! My son is going to miss school because we planned on taking him since he is President of this club in school, along with that he will miss his club meeting which he is very excited about and there's not much other clubs he can be a part off. This is my only day I get to catch up on sleep and we woke up early, drove in condense traffic to get there for absolutely nothing because they can't get their sh!t together. Do you think they care? Just look at their reviews it's a one star for a reason. Don't bring your car in and don't buy anything here!! read more

We bought our van here 2 1/2 years ago. 2015 Sienna. Took it in for an oil change and when I got it back the AC coincidentally stopped working. Brought the car back, they couldn't fix the AC. Took it to Toyota to fix AC and they tell me brake lines are so corroded they'll fail at any moment. Mobility Works gave me 1/2 price for the work since they missed the corrosion on the "inspection" before the sale. But when I got the van back there were deep scratches in the door. I've made 6 or 7 phone calls. Sometimes leave a message, sometimes they tell me they're working on it. I never got my door repaired. They just drag it out until you go away. Can't do business here anymore. read more

My son purchased a used vehicle from this location. The service has been absolutely awful since the purchase. The paperwork was not properly submitted to obtain tags. Upon using the vehicle to go to the county tag office, the cable to open the side door where the ramp is located came off. I immediately contacted Mobility Works to resolve the issue. The sales manager said that we were not covered because we didn't have a warranty. After negotiations and mediation with the service manager, the sales manager agreed that we would only have to pay half of the cost of this repair bill. The sales manager asked the cost of the service. The service manager responded that the cost would run $280. I was not happy but agreed to this settlement. After repair was done, I was charged $251 for this repair. I attempted to contact Marcos, the service manager, about the bill. I left several messages with Lisa, the receptionist. Marcos was not available/never returned my calls. The sales manager, Dan, was not available or ever returned my calls. After a couple of days, I called and reached Dan to discuss the issue. He tried to tell me that the cost they were covering was only for the parts. I informed him of my displeasure of their services. The DeKalb Technology Parkway Mobility Works location has truly failed me. read more
