Her and her husband tried to install it. It was wrinkled and had multiple bubbles. I was 2 hours from home by myself and very uncomfortable to speak up. They were stressed over the decal and Kim did not even take a photo if it fit her fb page , which was very un like her. I contacted her the next day to say u was not happy. Kim was and has been extremely rude, childish and very unprofessional! I wasted my time and money. I had the decal removed and am out my money. She initially responded and said she would stop by for a quote, and asked my address and phone number. I gave it. Then she said the earliest she could come for a quote was Friday. Then she asked (!) if I would email photos of the inside of my home. Tired of the email exchange I asked her to simply call me. She delegated that call to one of her staff. So I declined the opportunity to work with Blue Enterprises. I later noticed that I was responding via email and the conversation was actually occurring in Yelp's messaging, which is probably why she was content to message extensively. I'm from an era when a phone conversation is sometimes best. But it should have come from Ms. Blue, not her associate.
