We are very lucky to have found Keen. We initially contacted them to help with our website design and build. Our website has many hooks into some third party services like our CRM, our sales engagement tool, and our online scheduling tool. Over time, Keen also helped us with our full ecommerce engine which was integrated with our website. A few things stand out about Keen: (1) They are great communicators. They quickly give us a good sense of how long each request will take, and let us know if something is trending faster. (2) They are high quality designers. They took are brand guidelines and implemented a gorgeous high-end site well targeted at our audience. Every single item they produce uses our brand in a creative and thoughtful way given the medium (ie - website, newsletter, etc.). (3) They have excellent technical skills both in development and testing. The have integrated lots of items on our website from sign-up forms, to videos, to blog posts, FAQs, etc. All were done well, render well on all device formats, and have never failed us in any way. Overall, the best part about Keen is they are trustworthy. Everyone at the firm gives off a nice and genuine sense of honesty but combined with sharp technical, design and project management skills. Ryan and his team at Keen Studio did an amazing job with the educational brochure for the City of Grandville Clean Water Plant. This brochure is loaded with custom info-graphics that Keen Studio put together after touring our facility and meeting a few times. Slight tweaks and adjustments were made as we progressed through the project and the end result far exceeded our expectations. This brochure allows us to easily educate and inform the public of the processes we utilize at the Clean Water Plant during community outreach activities.
