I just bought a Subaru Impreza from Addams Auto-Cycle, and the reason I did was not only because the car looked like and drove like a brand new car, but because of the way I was treated on the first car I bought from them! Yep, I came back. Both times, Kent, the owner, went above and beyond what I expected. I had previously bought a Nissan Sentra from him for my son, that was going away to college. The model year, mileage and price equation was perfect for what my son and I were looking for and I'll be darned if that car didn't get him through his entire college career and beyond, without one bit of trouble. What a great car it was and what a great investment. So, as a first go 'round Kent was polite, helpful and more than fair to be sure when I bought that car, but when someone that was texting while driving bashed into the rear end and (I thought) totaled it, Kent pleasantly surprised me (again) by being helpful when I called him for advice. I thought that the damage done far exceeded what the value of the car was but, with his expertise in auto valuation, repair and experience dealing with insurance companies, Kent he was able to help me to recover the entire amount from the other driver's insurance company needed to get the car repaired without a loss of any kind. Amaaaaazing! Smart, nice and helpful as heck all describe Kent. No wonder I went back to him and Addams Auto-Cycle for the Subaru I just bought. I've sent others that I know to the Addams Auto-Cycle website when they needed the pricing advantage of "previously owned", and they morphed from prospects to customers. I can't express enough what excellent service Kent, business owner, gave to me. I am a single mom & not financially prepared to purchase a new vehicle, but forced to do so because of a car accident. Kent went above & beyond to make my purchase affordable for me. And the vehicle he had for me was the same as I had before, but a newer model, newer EVERYTHING!! I called Addams because a buddy of mine told me they had good deals. And certainly they do. For being such a small shop they have a decent selecting of bikes and cars. And a very knowledgeable staff. I was treated like family from the moment I walked in the door and started browsing through the bikes. Kent is a very reasonable guy and honest, and that's not something easy to find. When I was about ready to leave on my bike he asked me if he could say a prayer with me for my safety.
