Hands down best car repair experience I've ever had. I've had some bad experiences with other repair shops in the past, so my expectations were low. Classic Automotive was recommended by my insurance company (Erie Insurance) after I hit a deer, and it was conveniently located near my home. The parking lot is huge, which was nice because I always have a hard time parking at other shops. That wasn't the case here, and when I walked inside, the shop was super clean and well-decorated with friendly, beyond helpful staff. I can't exaggerate how easy they made this process for me. The staff worked all of the details out with my insurance company. All I did was show up when they told me to come in, and my rental car was waiting for me in the parking lot. I walked in, handed in my keys, and that was it. They actually finished the car repair within the estimated time they gave me. This was definitely a first for me. They called me to let me know that the repair was finished, and the rental car company (Enterprise) had a representative waiting in the parking lot to pick up my rental car. I paid my deductible at the front desk and picked up my keys. My car was perfectly repaired and even clean. What I expected to be a major inconvenience having to get an extensive repair done on my vehicle was actually very minor thanks to Classic Automotive. I highly recommend them, and I've been raving about my experience to all of my family and friends. Hopefully I won't be returning any time soon, but at least I'll have a great place to go. read more

Two weeks ago I probably would have given them five stars in a review. I took my wife's car to be looked at for a passenger mirror replacement and they told me they could get a mirror in in two days. I called some other places and the price seemed good so I said ok. Well, after two weeks, I finally called them back. Not only had they not ordered the part, they lost my vin number and needed it again. Best Bodyshop I have ever went to! Car wasn't just washed outside but appeared to of been cleaned inside to. I had a small problem when I picked up the vehicle and Brandon took care of it pronto. The shop worked directly with the insurance company to handle any additional parts. They even replaced a rear wiper blade that was close to the damaged area.
