There are a few good people at this place. One being the director Megan, Amber and Elicia in the infant's room. I wish them the best. I believe they care. I am a foster mom and enrolled my 4-month-old there in October. I have had many issues since they beginning. One major issue is the lack of communication with the teachers. I complained in February about this to the owner, Rammelle. One of the teachers was let go. Everyday I take 3 water baby bottles for my daughter and formula separated into a different container. One Friday, they only fed my daughter 1 bottle all day (from 9am - 5pm). She had a runny nose that day. At pickup, her nose was so crusty. They had not cleaned it all day. These issues were reported to my DFACS caseworker. I informed the assistant director that Monday and told them that it better not ever happen again. Again, there was no communication as to why she WAS NOT FED. She was not sick or teething at this time. I was heartbroken to know my 6.5-month-old only had one bottle all day. I was told this was due to turnover with the teachers and new ones being in the room. There is no excuse for this type of treatment. They finally got a few teachers in the babies' room that are nurturing and caring. 2 weeks ago, 4-5 days before my adoption was finalized, I got a call that said one of the teachers let my baby fall out of her arms as she was visiting the infant's room. She had a nasty place underneath her eye. I am sorry, but you do not let a baby "accidentally" fall out of your arms on the floor. They moved my 10.5-month-old daughter to the infant's room last week. The workers in this room are not qualified to babysit my dogs. Their names are Amanda and Emily. They were too lazy to even introduce themselves the first day I dropped her off in that room. I had to question them for their names. While in the infant's room, they started feeding her stuff like hamburgers, pickles, and meatballs without notifying me or talking to me about it. 2 days ago, I got another call from the owner, Rammelle, saying my daughter had been bitten by another baby. She sent the video. I was not happy, but no marks were left, and I understand things like this occasionally happen. Yesterday, my sitter picked my baby up from daycare. When she got home, she immediately brought her to me. She is a very tiny baby and had the nastiest bite mark on her arm. The incompetent people at this school did not do an accident report, call me, or report it to the owner. Rammelle had no clue when I called. She did track down the video and send it. As Emily picked my child up after this injury, she was not kind or nurturing. She almost dropped her and seemed to sling her around. My child will not be neglected any longer. I went to pick up her things today and to inform them that she would not be back. I tried to have a conversation with the two teachers (dumb and dumber). Amanda would not even look at me. I demanded that she look me in the eyes. She made a nasty comment to me, "I have 10 kids to watch. If you want that type of care you need to hire a nanny!!!!" I guess it is too much to ask these teachers to feed your child as you state and keep them from getting injured. I questioned Amanda on not feeding her as I stated last week. She said to me, "Your child does not eat for me!" So, she let her go hungry and did not communicate with me?!? I sincerely hope this helps others who are looking at this daycare and I hope it will protect other children. I am sorry for the good people at this place who care about children. The bad ones are ruining it for them. The owner has reached out And threatened me With a lawsuit for reporting these violations to the state.

We have also found out after a few months of school, that other parents that sent their kids to Goddard were targeted for early pick up as well. The facility doesn't care for every student, they only care for the students that fit their own mold and if you don't fit their mold, they will trash talk you and your parenting behind your back. We have now heard at least four other families that have endured the same disrespect from Goddard. Be warned.

That seems a little odd and can make parents feel uncomfortable, as if something is being hidden. The final straw for me was when my 1-year-old granddaughter came home with a bite mark, and the school could not explain how it happened or who was involved. That is very concerning. In the 3-year-old classroom, it also seems like the teachers may not be properly trained. Children are being sent home with multiple reports for things as minor as playing by themselves in a corner. I understand that children can get sick in daycare, but these poor kids have had almost every illness possible -- RSV, pink eye, strep throat, and hand, foot, and mouth disease. This has happened multiple times, not just once. Parents, please be careful and pay close attention to your children's experiences here also parents that are seeking run!

Every morning Ms. Naudia is always present and friendly with a great attitude doing all she can to assure the daycare is ran smoothly. My daughter is so smart and I know it has a lot to do with the curriculum that little angels academy follows. If anything goes wrong it is always handled with professionalism and understanding. Daycare (Rita) keeps moving him back to the infants room. When my daughter asked about it owner stated that she had 9 month Olds that were motr advanced than my grandson and that it wouldn't hurt him to be in the room with the infants. She has been rude to my daughter more than one time. She told my daughter today that if she brought my grandson back after today she would make my daughters life a living hell. I'm sure my daughter did have an attitude with her after the way she has treated by grandson. Extremely unprofessional. If you are not passionate about caring for children perhaps you chose the wrong occupation.
