My daughter and I love Little Angels Academy! She has been there since 3mos, she is currently 20mos. The care, the professionalism and the growth in my child's education has been consistent. Every morning Ms. Naudia is always present and friendly with a great attitude doing all she can to assure the daycare is ran smoothly. My daughter is so smart and I know it has a lot to do with the curriculum that little angels academy follows. If anything goes wrong it is always handled with professionalism and understanding. My grandson goes to this daycare or atleast he did . Today was the last straw. My grandson was born premature. He is 16 months and not quite walking yet.. He's almost there!! Daycare (Rita) keeps moving him back to the infants room. When my daughter asked about it owner stated that she had 9 month Olds that were motr advanced than my grandson and that it wouldn't hurt him to be in the room with the infants. She has been rude to my daughter more than one time. She told my daughter today that if she brought my grandson back after today she would make my daughters life a living hell. I'm sure my daughter did have an attitude with her after the way she has treated by grandson. Extremely unprofessional. Baby if I could give this place negative 10 stars I would. This place is beyond horrific. If you truly love and value your children DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! The owner Ms. Rita is a wolf in sheep clothing. She tells a bunch of lies and is extremely manipulative. She prays on under privileged families receiving government funding. She's lied on my husband and lied to my family. Misrepresenting herself as a nurse! When she in fact is not and has yet to show any proof of such. For some reason she seems to think she is a lot smarter than she actually is. The turnover rate is the highest I've ever seen it in any establishment. My children have had over 20 different teachers. We receive no notification of any changes being made or new teachers coming aboard. No introductions are made. The staff here are completely uneducated when it comes to childcare and the growth & development of children. Not to mention they are beyond rude. There is no structure or any kind of checks & balances put in place being that there is such a high turn over. For example, my children are lactose intolerant, I provided them with their own milk, yet no one was give my children the proper milk which caused my kids to have severe diarrhea and horrible diaper rash. I had to take my children to the doctor several time due to their diaper rash being so bad and them actually needing prescription cream to heal. I would pick my kids up and they would be soak and wet. Diaper bag full of diapers as if they didn't change them all day. My children would have on other kids diapers and smell like baby magic even though I specified in my intake form that my children have allergies and I didn't want any lotions used on them. My kids are twins and they could never seem to learn their names! One was walking and the other crawling and yet they still put the incorrect name tag on them. If any! Often times id see their name tag saying "twin 1, twin 2" And if I tried to address this I was met with a lot of attitude and eye rolling as if I was asking to much of them to learn my children's names. I've heard several complaints from the staff that my children "cry to much" which is beyond unprofessional! Their babies! If my child was hit or scratched by another child I would have to investigate on my own, I never received an incident report or a phone call of any kind. If my child didn't eat all day I wasn't informed. I would pick my children up and they would cry and scream when they seen their bottles or a snack they would be so hungry. I've walked in to see my child being changed in the middle of the classroom, no privacy, no respect for her dignity. I've walked in and seen other children in the open exposed being changed no privacy. Children sitting in their own urine pants visibly wet, nose & face dirty. I could go on and on. In my opinion this place should be shut down. From one parent to another, I URGE YOU DO NOT PUT YOUR CHILDREN IN THIS DAYCARE! & mark my words, Ms. Rita will respond to this review I'm sure as she has previously from what I can see, taking no accountability, swearing she attempting to "help my family," and of course shifting the blame onto us. If giving no stars was possible I would. I had the worst experience with this daycare being a first time mom was already not wanting to leave your baby in anyone care but having to go back to work. Ms. Yolanda(the assistant director) was the only reason my daughter even came to this school because she did my tour and in the beginning would be the only person I seen everyday. I say her being there a month she came home with different kids diapers on with THEIR NAME ON IT. She came home throwing up from not the color food that was sent for her an wondered what she ate if she had 2 out of 3 bottles left after a full day. THE OWNER RETTA is what's gonna drive this business down. Her shoes were wrote on even though there was tape on it which we was told to make sure everything is labeled. I spoke to the owner first thing she say I'm not replacing or not buying no kids shoes. I said okay get that but I once never received an apology or anything. They tell you to call before hand and still wait over 30 minutes for your child. After waiting a while SOMETIMES they allow you to go back and get your baby the infant room have kids sitting at the high table not strapped in I witness the kid climbing out of the seat across the table. (Which the table in the infant room they are not supposed to be used).They've brought my daughter to the door no pants just a shirt and I asked where are clothes they said "she had on more clothes". Not just me other parents I have witness waiting for pickup had 2 other kids bottles in her baby bag an not knowing if her baby ate from the other kid all because they have the same first name. They have been amazing with my child! I've seen so much growth with him since he started. He's 2yrs old and already knows all of his letters, numbers, colors, shapes, animals, action words, and how to pray. Yes pray! The owner along with the staff are Christians which aligns with my beliefs. It may not be for others, but it is just what I needed for my little angel. He wears uniforms and has homework everyday. They are helping me with potty training as well. My son recieves breakfast, lunch, and snacks in between. They have a cook, and she feeds them well. Ms. Rita the owner runs a tight ship around there. You have to be buzzed in and out. If they don't recognize you you must present your ID and be on the child's paperwork. She makes sure your child has a clean face before going home. The staff loves on you children as if they were their own. I love the diversity of the staff. I feel good about leaving my child in their care. read more

this daycare is terrible!!! i let my kids come here for awhile and ignored other parents complaints but i have finally been seeing them myself! ms.rita is money hungry, she dont care about no one but herself and "teachers". the kids and their parents feelings are no concern of her. there's a different teacher every other week and one teacher told me she quit because she didn't like how unorganized the daycare was ran and there was no structure. she was correct! i kept popping up at different times and every time my baby would be wet. day 3 comes around now he has a diaper rash! ms.rita and ms.yolanda are terrible people and got mad at me for being vocal. do not put your infants here! the infants room can not keep a teacher! please do not put your kids in that infant room!!! if i can rate them zero, i would!!!!! read more
