I've been a long time customer and I hate to say how disappointed I've been these past couple of…read moremonths. We use this company to manage all our phone lines as well our company's network. The owner, Gio works based on his mood. One day things are running smoothly and another day it's a mess. Our phones and internet doesn't run properly and he turns his cellphone off so there's no way of getting in communication with him. Also this recent weekend, he showed up unannounced and decide to clean up a network that was working completely fine. Now Monday comes around and our internet and phones are completely down. Gio shows up with an intern whom he instructs all my staff not to talk to. He promises to fix the problem within 15 minutes which later turns in to 2.5 hours. Gio decides to walk off on the job without informing me or any managers until a couple of hours later when he decides to email us a letter he will be back in the evening since he couldn't complete the job when the office is running. How is this the client's fault? We had a working network. How does one decide randomly to come into their client's office and take their network apart and fix when it is working completely fine? This is only one of my current issue with this company. It's already Wednesday and company isn't working as it used to since Gio again is avoiding our calls and emails. To top things off, he takes our completely brand new chrome cast which he advised that we need to purchase since the current one is 3 years old. We've sent him several messages asking for our property back and he never responds to any of our emails. This isn't the first occasion, every time he comes in an item is constantly missing. What kind of company likes to work during the evening and not interact with his client. He only comes in when he pleases and has not yet returned our keys or our items. I think this is a lesson learn, you cannot always forgive and forget when someone acts shady. All I can say is if you're looking for someone to screw you over this is the company to use. If you want someone reliable who completes their job and responds to their client on a timely manner and during working hours. PLEASE look elsewhere!!!

And yet, they quickly became the biggest point of ongoing stress, shear anger, and financial loss in our business and personal life. Every single round of revisions created entirely new extraordinarily avoidable problems that consistently fell below even the most basic standards of professionalism. Most concerning was their complete lack of effort to understand our industry-- not subjective design disagreements, factual errors displayed on our informational website. Hundreds of dollars worth of our own staff time spent revising their work, manny had the nerve to say 'no client in the history of their company had ever required as many edits.' That statement delusionally ignores the reality that the overhwelming majority of those edits existed becaise their team repeatedly introduced new mistakes instead of fixing previously identified ones. This is truly only the tip of the ice berg of reasons why these guys were a nightmare. In the end, we desperately needed a new web designer to take over who confirmed that these guys used the most basic possible template and idenfitifed numerous backend issues that needed to be corrected before the site could function properly. Unwilling to apologise or take accountability, the only compensation offered was $35. !!! . Our own billable time spent correcting their mistakes exceeded that amount many times over. Not to mention the stress.... Incorrect content used... basic directions f*ed up... missed meetings...lost revisions....unbelievably poor communicate... ZERO accountability....
