Ive never written any review before and this is my first time, And I should have done this a long time ago. I've been doing business with these guys even before there was Yelp. Sadly, I'm unable to comment on IDG's work as I never got that far. I own a greeting card & gift line and I was looking to switch mug vendors. My accountant had recently ordered mugs from IDG and highly recommended them to me and I was excited to work with a local company. I contacted Victor via email and he got back to me two days later and requested a phone chat to discuss quantities, colors, turnaround times, etc. I let him know I was available MWF and asked if he could chat the next day, but it sounds like he didn't receive my email until later the next day. He emailed me back and asked if was available at that moment, but if not, we would talk on Monday at 9:30am. I emailed him back and confirmed that Monday at 9:30am would be perfect for me and gave my phone number. Monday at 9:30 came and went and I never heard from Victor again. I gave him a few days (because maybe something had come up or he had an emergency) before I emailed him and let him know that I never heard from him and asked if he could email me pricing rather than a phone chat. Radio silence. Most of IDG's reviews are 5 star and I can only hope that Victor was having an off week and that this isn't typically how they operate. read more

Many regrets in hiring this "professional" company. They promised me a 30 day website, free order of business cards, and their expertise. I got a 3-1\2 month website, I did all the creative work, and free business cards were never mentioned again. I came in ready with style, colors, photos, theme, etc. so made this super easy. When my order went to the designer, he had no idea what I wanted. This was three weeks later that I had to go over everything I thought I had taken care of when I signed and paid... again. There went my promised 30day website! Here's the scoop ... This is a family owned business. So complaining to one person about how the design process is not moving quick enough, falls on deaf ears. They all back up each other. ALSO BE WARNED as soon as you sign the contract, they start charging for hosting! Hosting what?!? How does that make sense? I just wanted out! Also like another reviewer stated ... They keep charging you after your contract with them has expired. Then you get the runaround on getting the correct person who can refund you. I see their ads up at all the local car wash stands. I'd think they were reputable too. read more

After selling me the ad, agent Victor only emailed me once. I had called and complained but still no return calls. Nothing came out of the advertising they did for me. Closed my account after 6 months and the receptionist says a manager will call me regarding closing the account. Yet no phone call. I paid an additional $70 for business cards and only received half of the cards as they had put the cards at a carwash. I didn't get even one client phone call from their advertisement at the carwash stand., so I know my business cards should have been sent back to me. As good as it gets it defines the rating for this business. After my small business website got hacked, I contacted a couple places, and got the run around, one said they were unable to give a price, one didnt respond, etc. Victor quoted a price, and did exactly what he said he would for that price. Within 1 day it was fully restored, and back online. I can tell you from experience that you get what you pay for is extremely prevalent in the graphic design/ web design realm. We called and had a great 1st. appointment with a very professional presentation. We were in the early stages of a decision and then called back weeks later for a follow up appointment (since no one followed up with us) and were told they were all in meetings etc. and they would get back to us. Image display group inc. Is a horrible company! After the contract was over they continued to charge our bank account. I suggest not to give a void check and keep checking your bank account to make sure your not getting charge after the contract is over. After the contract was over we went to the carwash place and noticed that the AD wasn't there and continue to charge. We tried calling them several times and left messages and they didn't even bother to return our calls. What a horrible company!! If anyone has gone through this add a review. read more
