After seeing ADE Iron's work they did over at a friend's house I ordered security windows for my place. To my eyes, ADE's workmanship is head and shoulders above some of the other companies in the area. Look on their website and see some of the staircases they fabricate and install. Forming up those double helix staircases and executing those projects is a sign of mastery of one's trade. ADE is the real deal. I got the scroll pattern and the heavy bars. It looks really good. It took about two weeks to fabricate the windows and get them installed. ADE is very professional and all about the business. No drama no BS. Quick turnaround. Good customer service. We wanted handrails for front door steps. The 2 Arturo's Came checked the situation, reviewed options with us, including many photos. When we narrowed down to 2 versions of 2 different designs, they promptly measured everything and provided us with pricing of each of the 4 options. When we made our choice, they came back and began initial work on project. They then fabricated the rails and installed them within 2 1/2 weeks. They are perfect, both aesthetically and structurally. I called them for an estimate on 2 painted screens for my existing wrought iron security doors. Arturo came and said they could do them. i sent him with the only paint I had to match my house trim. Then we got a quote via EMAIL for over $800. I called them to see if it was an error for 2 screens, not the doors. I only got voicemail so I asked over voicemail . No response. I tried via email, no response. I have since left numerous messages to please return my paint. To this day, absolutely no response!! This is a small request.(my paint) I'm so glad I never gave them money or I would be out, no doubt. VERY Poor business practices. Not reliable. Don't trust them. If they will do this... why would you choose them? As customers, we need to expect more from the businesses we do business with. read more

We had ADE Wrought Iron build a custom security door. (White door with wreath in the pictures) They did a fantastic job on the door, it looks beautiful, and they also took care of details (added a mechanism so the door won't slam closed, fitting our already purchased door knobs, etc..) which we appreciated. The installation was fast, again they made sure the wrought iron security door was properly fitted to our front door (no gaps or misalignment), clean, and they were very careful to not damage the stucco. They told us it would take a week and a half but it was done under a week. The staff was responsive, friendly, informative, and punctual.
