Very happy with my new storm door and gate! Service was wonderful from start to finish. Don came to take measurements and he was very kind and helpful. Received a quote within a day or two and hired them about a week after. The office staff explained the entire process so I wasn't worried about being forgotten about or how long it was going to be until we had our gate installed. Everything was right on schedule. The office has sample gates to look at but I chose a design off their website. Don has color samples he gives you when you do the estimate so you can determine which colors you want to go with. The installers were very polite and friendly and did a great job installing everything and cleaned up at the end, hauling away our old gate. In a word, perfect! The owner came out personally and measured our installation; it was a patio double door. He presented photo album of their standard doors that was extensive with many attractive options. We settled on one, and gave him a deposit. They custom build all of their doors to my knowledge and we needed a custom installation. He was very careful to match the color of the door with the existing framework. Installation was done according as promised and the result is wonderful. We live in a rural setting and we wanted an attractive but secure door for the back of our house. Turns out that the beautiful gate they installed was not exactly as I thought I had ordered and when the installation men called the owner - he was incredibly customer oriented and apologized, wanting to make it right and me - happy. I have purchased Doors from Barnett on previous house and moved to another home and wanted to add security doors. Though I would get a quote from another security door with coupon offers. The doors were installed and the quality is not what I received from Barnett. I continue to have paint chipping off and doors sticking. I went back to Barnett and have them build me another security door for my front door. Door turned out amazing and would tell anyone they might be a difference in price from someone else however that the quality difference is well worth the extra expense. Barnett Aldon fabricated a custom screen security door for our front entrance and also three iron inserts for the stucco wall of our sun deck. All pieces are well made and fit like a glove. Joe, the installer, was efficient and answered all my questions as the installation progressed. He even took the time to tighten a couple of loose decking screws that he had noticed while installing the ironwork.
