I have been to many temp agencies before and all made me feel like just a number. The people at office Team showed true professionalism while making me feel like a person. They made it cleared that they cared about both their clients and their candidates. I first worked with a woman named Christine F. who kept me informed about potential job opportunities. Later I got a call from Pat Zingarella telling me that I had an interview with a company that I was praying to have the opportunity to work for.I interviewed and started temping for the company. Unlike most agencies who just put you in a temp position and forget about you and who can't even remember so much as your name, Pat would call and check on me all the time. He would always ask how things were going and if there was anything he could do for me. He wanted to ensure that the job was a good fit for not only me but for the company I was temping for. I am happy to say; I got an offer from that company, for more money than expected. I am truly blessed to have worked with office Team and their staff. Never same contact people there, so ended up speaking to at least 7 different people to find out job details or leaving messages in which NO ONE called back. I have many years professional experience and to hear absolutely nothing from them on any jobs is impossible. Definitely do not recommend. Total waste of time and much effort.

I have been going to Complete Labor and Staffing for over two weeks now, and I have more experience than most of the other employees. The woman who is in charge of giving day jobs to the workers, is a black and Hispanic female. Yet, while I sit waiting to be sent to a job site, I see young black and Hispanic males come in and fill out the application, and get sent to a job site on the same day. When I both ask her why, and explain my experience and how long I've been there, she refuses to answer, ignores me, and acts like I don't exist. Now I know that racism is usually the other way around, but it's wrong no matter what. And to discriminative against mental health is just as bad.
