Dr Kennedy knows his field and is turning out to be one of the best physicians I've ever gone to. If you are a new patient he will come in the room and introduce himself and put his folders down on the counter shake your hand and completely this into everything you have to say and we'll spend time with you. Then as you return to make a return visit or a monthly visit you do not have to wait long in the lobby normally about 10 to 15 minutes maybe and then once you are triaged you're put in your room and you might sit in that room 10 minutes before he shows up and gets you in and out depending on what you're there for He's fast when he needs to be I'm very thorough when he needs to be.

I went to this location because the one in Valdosta was so bad (they lost my base line test results…read moreand failed to schedule an MRI I needed and when asked about it the person on the phone got VERY rude and told me they wouldn't give me any information unless I came back for yet another visit and evaluation.) I was actually willing to drive an hour to get to the one in Tifton if they could help with my pain. So my spine specialist referred me. I waited 8 weeks to get in for their evaluation for epidural injections for my back. Once I was seen they said they had to get approval from my insurance, of course, then we could proceed. I waited 3 weeks before I called to check the status of the insurance and the girl told me they had submitted it and just had to wait. So I waited another week and a half before calling my insurance to see what the status of the authorization was. They went back more than a month and said they showed no request for authorization at all from this company. I immediately called and left a voicemail for a nurse to request a call back as the insurance never received their request. That was 4 days ago now and no one has bothered to call me back. In the meantime I'm struggling to function with normal daily activities because my back has 3 areas that are bone on bone and one herniated disc that is impinging on multiple nerves. At this point I'm looking for someplace else to go. If I could rate both these places a negative score, I would!
