First its not in the safest part of town, then when I was called to the back for vitals there is tons of urine specimen cups in the sink....gross. Then there was another patient called back with me to get vitals at the same time in the same area we were bumping into each other. The staff were all in a rush. When I finally get into a room the DR. Comes in does the crappiest pap doesn't give me time to ask question she was rushing and was in the room for 5 minutes. Then asked if I think she needed to draw labs in the hallway when I was leaving(and she never did). The worst of it all one of the nurses called me the following week and said they needed me to come back in b/c there was an error in testing and results were not accurate due to swab not being sealed. The Dr only swabbed did not look for anything. An hr later another nurse calls and says she has bad news for me and said I had critical results and needed to come in immediately, then says no wait she is sorry and it was not the results for me and again there was an error in testing and begged me to let the redo my pap free of charge (aka they mixed up patients test results). I went to another Doctor and everything is great!!! These ppl should be shut down!!

The follow up care…read moreat Moultrie Howard Center the day after my surgery was rushed and critical symptoms that something had gone wrong were ignored. The Howard Center had to refer me to a specialist to completely remove the TVT band that was incorrectly placed. So I am left with nerve damage/pain in my leg, still the original problem the surgery was supposed to correct and the Howard Center refused to meet with me in person to discuss what had happened. They did send me a certified letter telling me I am no longer their patient while at the same time they send me texts to schedule my next appointment. If something goes wrong with this practice they will do what they need to cover their themselves and put you completely aside. I have emails, phone call recordings, etc to back me up and I am happy to share my story with any woman that is having doubts about this practice. Give yourself and your health high priority, you deserve it and not negligent care.

I usually see Dr. George, but saw both her and the ARNP/ Midwife Debbie during my pregnancy back in 2015. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. The office is always clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like my concerns are addressed and I am always put at ease during what can be a very uncomfortable appointment. I never felt rushed--she was patient, attentive, and incredibly detailed in her explanations, making sure I fully understood everything. It's clear she truly cares about her patients. Severe and debilitating pain is not "normal." There are practitioners at this clinic who will behave in a very huffy manner towards you if you decline to take medications that you have already tried and found unsuccessful in the past. They are unwilling to work with you to find new solutions. I feel that some of the practitioners at this clinic lack empathy, or perhaps the expertise to properly diagnose and treat patients who experience recurring and severe pain. If you felt dismissed by practitioners at this clinic, please don't feel discouraged-- you deserve proper care and consideration. There are doctors out there who will listen to you. I know in the future I will be seeking treatment with providers who truly put forth the effort to understand my symptoms, and I hope anyone who has had a similar experience with Elite Women's Health will do the same. I think the clinic is wonderful for routine checkups, but not so much for health problems.
