I don't even know where to begin but I will start by saying that Adélaïde is beyond talented and amazing! We worked with her for our engagement and wedding and her work has continuously blown us away. Adélaïde was one of the first people I texted the morning after our wedding after seeing just a few of the sneak peek photos she had shared. I wanted to share my text to her for reference, which said, "Adélaïde!!!!! I don't know how to properly thank you for capturing us, our favorite people, and our day so perfectly! What is most special about Adélaïde is the genuine love she has for helping others in celebrating special moments in their life. It is so clear how invested she is in her work and how committed she is to her clients. I was moved to tears in the car with Adélaïde and my sister before even meeting my husband for our first look and that was in large part due to how sweet Adélaïde was to me and how genuinely excited she was for these special moments for us. It was also amazing to watch Adélaïde in action! She was incredibly well-planned and knew the locations we were shooting in well, but she also came up with amazing shot ideas on the spot as she was inspired by things that were around us. It was really fun to watch her work. Plus she makes you feel so comfortable in her presence that you settle into having endless photos of your captured so easily and can therefore let your personalities shine. When our final photos came in (which for the record, was SO fast-- she had our photos back to us 1 month after our wedding!), we were blown away by ALL that she captured! Beyond shots of us and our families that so beautifully captured the essence of us and our feelings on that day, she got so many other amazing shots. She captured the venue and all the details of the day amazingly well and got the best candid shots of all of our guests. I have had so much fun sharing these photos with our friends and family and they have been thrilled to get such special pictures of themselves from our wedding day. As you can see, I could go on and on and ON about Adélaïde and just how amazing of a person and professional she is. If you have the chance to work with Adélaïde you have to take it! We recently did a maternity photoshoot with Adelaide in Central Park and we couldn't be happier with the photos we received! I'm so happy I found Adelaide through Instagram while researching photographers. She was very responsive from the start and also very flexible given we had to change the date a few times as the weather was not cooperating. On the day she made us feel very comfortable, had lots of ideas for locations and poses and was also very creative with some of the pictures we wanted. My husband and I are expecting in December, so we were looking to have maternity photos taken. We ended up having two sessions with Adelaide. I found Adelaide on Instagram during one of her promotions for Labor day weekend. We met in the Dumbo area and had a great time taking photos. My son was born this year and I really like the idea of having yearly photos done as a family and of course wanted to find a great photographer that we could use over the years. After looking on instagram and all the parenting facebook groups, I saw a recommendation for Adelaide. After one look at her website and her amazing photos, I knew that she was the photographer for us. We had our first session, a 30 minute mini session in Prospect Park in mid October.
