Got the peach iced matcha and it was Devine. Perfect blend of nutty and sweet! The coffee shop was comfortable and had plenty of seating which is always a plus. This coffee shop has quickly become a regular place for me and my family. My daughter loves all the pastries and the tres leche they have here. My husband and I come here to study for class and work often. When it's not super busy it's a very quiet place with tons of sunlight and big windows in the heart of downtown. I love their drinks everything I've had has been amazing. Their cups are also cute and add to the vibe and authenticity of this shop. read more

If you are a strawberry & coffee fan, strongly recommended the their iced Gancito Latte, so good, it has chocolate strawberry purée in it! I also added whipped cream on top, it tasted amazing We also got some other Mexican cookie, the cafe shop is small but pretty & modern. read more

The owner was swinging drinks. The espresso flavor was immaculate. The breakfast burrito was just okay, though. If you sit near the glass it gets CRAZY hot, so keep that in mind. But the drink options are phenomenal and the menu is simple but fantastic. read more

Finally made it to Las Adelita's and my only regret is not making it there sooner! The horchata and Mexican Chocolate iced lattes are delicious, and they were able to be made without dairy. I've gotten the shredded beef and potato breakfast burrito twice now and it is to die for. The beef is fall apart soft and it's served with a chile salsa, tastes like maybe some guajillo or árbol peppers in it. Haven't really found anything else like it in Wichita. Besides the food, the little cafe is inviting and cozy. And the service is extremely friendly and welcoming. New favorite morning stop. read more

Thankfully, two separate meetings for work over two days brought me here. I love the vibe of Las Adelitas Cafe, bringing Mexican flavor and culture to a typical downtown coffeeshop. I really hope that locals embrace the small shop, since I don't live nearby! Counter service is super friendly, seating is cozy, and drink options are creative, with a number of Mexican inspired drinks. I had the horchata latte, which was awesome. Food options were good, too: pastries, bagels, and - my choice - tamales. On the first day, I ordered one green chile and cheese tamal and the server kindly brought me two tamales, also including the red chile and pork, to sample. The next day, I ordered one green chile tamal and she brought me two, just to be nice! The art on the walls is cool, blending modern urban imagery with traditional Aztec imagery. The stickers at the counter, all Latine themed, are clever and nice, affordable gifts. All in all, Las Adelitas was a favorite stop in my two day work trip to Wichita! read more

I am now a regular at Las Adelitas. I love this coffee shop. They feature monthly specials and they are a must try. This month I am not sure which I like better- the habanero chocolate or the creme brûlée latte. Both are so very good. This is a fun place to hangout for an hour. If there's one thing Wichita has plenty of, especially downtown, it's bougie, hipster coffee shops. They all serve good coffee but at this point, their neon-signed Insta Vibe is as ubiquitous as the coffee drinks they serve. However, when you walk into Las Adelitas, you can just tell you've found something different, something special. Las Adelitas brings a unique Latinx flavor to the coffee table and you feel it the moment you open the door. We walked in late on a sunny Friday morning to a cozy, bustling shop filled with colorful, cute furniture, an array of people and the rich smell of coffee. Old boleros played gently in the background, a group of ladies chatted in Spanish in a corner, people of all types sat at tables inside and outside, sipping their drinks. The coffee options went beyond the Italian standards (and knock-offs) you can find everywhere, although you can get your favorite anything. I got an iced horchata latte, which was rich and creamy with a touch of cinnamon and the perfect level of understated sweetness. I came back and got the iced drink that starts with G (name slips my mind, but there's only one) and it might be my new summer fave. If you love a good strawberry layer cake, this bring that joy with a light, fresh strawberry cream, crunchy coconut flakes, 2 shots of espresso and delicious chocolate without being cloyingly syrup-heavy or fake. I never expected strawberry and espresso to go together, but somehow this does and it'll be an experience I look forward to revisiting. Overall, I'd say this is a fantastic, fresh addition to Wichita's coffee scene and I highly recommend stopping in and supporting this great local business. It's sure to brighten your day! Tip: There is limited free street parking in front of the shop, but there is a some construction as of 4/29/23 that's taking up their free parking, and it does fill up fast normally. A quarter for the meter might be advisable. read more

I ordered a cafe olla which is a drip coffee sweetened with brown sugar. The coffee is smooth and rich. The extra sweetness is nice but not needed. My husband ordered a hot horchata. From Houston. Here for work. Every travel contract I work, I try to find some Latino representation. This place was like a warm embrace to Mexican modernism--very similar to my home back home. I was comfortable immediately having a coffee menu catered to my childhood favorites like mazapán and Abuelita hot chocolate.
