I decided to drop by this place because it looked cute from the pics. It is very cute. Decor is very nice. I ordered the rasberry lemonade matcha drink, and while it was not sweet, it had a very pleasant taste. Just lightly flavored. I also ordered the Margherita pizza croissant. It would have been so much better if they had warmed it up. Eating pizza sauce mixed with cheese cold... not my thing. I wanted to do a bit of studying there. Unfortunately, I had not charged my laptop before I left the house. And there were no outlets available. Need to get there early if you need an electrical outlet. The service was OK. This is my second disappointing experience at Reverie, having found them years and years ago in their previous location and falling in love. On my way out of town (I don't live here anymore) I just really needed an excellent latte so I drove out of my way to for this one. Five dollars for a latte, plus a two dollar tip - which is paid of course, before having received said latte. First, the barista barks at me for "not paying" as I'm standing near the register and my Apple Pay had not yet gone through. I shrugged that off and then she unceremoniously dumped the milk into my espresso. No nice finish, no Rosetta, barely even a thank you. No love in this coffee. Love the description of all the coffees. Knocking them down to a 4 bc they had empty crates w empty milk bottles and other supplies they were stocking on the counter that someone must have left there mid project. Service 4 - staff was efficient, and courteous but wouldn't go as far as saying warm and friendly. More like aloof but they dis their job. Accessibility 4 - street parking was moderately easy to come by Drinks 3 - The specialty flavors sounded amazing pistachio rose latte, rosemary salted caramel latte and peach juniper white chocolate. Very unique and signature worthy. Sold. We got all three. Got them as decaf lattes w oat milk. Could barely taste the difference between all of them. No rose, no juniper, no rosemary no salted caramel. Only faint taste was the pistachio. That said, the coffee itself tasted good. They just need to bump up their flavors a bit. How is no one talking about the Chai Tea!!!!! I'm obsessed with it. The flavor is amazing and the best I've had in town. It has a little spice/heat kick to that I love. I have to drink specific milk they don't offer in store so they are always very accommodating to letting me order just the chai over ice and I add my own milk. I arrived in Wichita, and as I tend to do, found the first cafe I could to plop down at and smell the roses, so to speak. This space is amazing, clean, beautifully decorated, and jam packed with happy regular patrons! I ordered their Fall Orange spice latte with oat milk (they don't carry almond) and an extra shot. The lady that took the order was kind and accommodating. The barista made a great cup. Not overly sweet, not pulled overly long. I can't taste any hint of orange or orange zest, but it is still a stand out cup. She was also kind and helpful. The price is a little high, but they have a good number of workers, and a roasting facility on site. I'll definitely revisit this shop while I'm in town! read more

Good pastries, we weren't impressed with our drinks though. The made-in-house chai was far too sweet and my iced tea was underwhelming. We enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant and sweet pastry. We probably wouldn't return as a good chai (good spices and not too sweet) is usually what we're looking for in a coffee shop. (We also picked up some coffee beans and tea for our amazing pet/house sitters.) My latte hit the spot.
