TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF My mother has been a patient of Dr. Adleman's for many years. Recently she had to have emergency surgery, which resulted in a long recovery period. Being that she is 79 yr old and widowed it was best to bring her back to Austin to stay with me while she was recovering. We contacted Dr. Aldelmans office to get her correct prescriptions before we left for Austin. We were left in the waiting room for two hours before his wife came out to let us know they were NOT going to help us with her prescription. Then we returned two days later to try to get a precription for home health for my mom while in Austin. Again a two hour wait in the office for the prescription. My mother needed blood pressure medication over the Thanksgiving weekend. I tried to call the office several times. I was told each time that someone would at least call me back. This never happened. On Monday I called the office to let them know that I needed these prescriptions. I spoke with someone claiming to be the office manager. She was EXTREMELY rude and VERY Unprofessional. Being in the healthcare field for the past 20 years I am accutely aware of poor bedisde manner. This was the worst I have ever encountered. She was insulting and disrespectiful. I find this office to be the worst example of the healthcare industry. I would never allow my mother to return to an office that showed such little concern for their patients well being The office manager ( his wife) would not let me speak and continued to imply that I was lacking in intelligence. She then told me she was not going to help me with the medications my poor mother needed and hung up on me Do not take your family members to this office, clearly they are not interested in the well being of their patients read more

UT HEALTH IMAGING CENTER…read more Very rude front desk personnel. No recognition when signing in, just ignored. After signing in I started reading a notice regarding MRI patients. Andrea then stated I could go sit down and she wound call me when she was ready for me. She seemed to be condescending. While waiting she ask if I knew I owed $80 ish dollars. It was not clarified they my charge for that day was what she was referring to. I responded No! She then stated since I signed in on echart I should have known. I had no clue what she was taking about. She acted as if I wasn't or didn't Gabe the money to pay for the visit. Had She said, your balance today is... I just found her to be a bit rude. However my MRI tech was excellent. Thank you Ashley for making my visit more pleasant, for explaining the procedure, for speaking to me kindly, showing my way around and my way out. He isn't very well ad-versed in insurance coverage meaning whether certain treatments/labs are covered and he will arbitrarily error in favor of the practice. He will tell you that he is very busy and will do you a favor by seeing you. He can also be hard to understand due to his strong Asian accent. I would not recommend this individual to any one. He is not the person to have your best health interest in my opinion and you should think twice before trusting your health over to this person. This individual believes he is the best thing to ever happen to medicine....WRONG..!!

The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. My care alone has not only been impeccable and all my needs met before I could even voice them, but they have managed to make me laugh and be so much more positive than my last physical therapy experience in Palestine tx. I am so beyond happy with the care and the level of humanity and professionalism I am met with daily. Not only do I recommend this facility and it's care givers to anyone and everyone I know, I will also advocate for these people and the Dr's and everyone that works here. I have never felt so listened to and understood. STAY AWAY. These people not only do not accept insurance, they refuse to give you any records…read morewhatsoever of the care they supposedly deliver. You will not be able to submit any records of your treatment to your insurance company because they will not give you any. They will charge you hundreds and hundreds if not thousands of dollars for a couple of hours of "treatment" and then refuse to give you any record of it. When your insurance company states that your treatment would indeed be covered if a patient submits records, this outfit upon insistence will send you only an "encrypted" message that supposedly contains the records, however you will be unable to open the message DESPITE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS and will thus have no idea what it says. This is clearly an attempt to obscure whatever so-called "treatment" was rendered and is nothing but a cover-their-asses tactic. I have never encountered such disgraceful, appalling, shameful business ethics or a more hateful business operation in my many decades of life. STAY FAR FAR AWAY.
