This was not told to us by them as we were told we were paying for the testing only. I guess the doctor charges $100 per minute to give a result of a test.

I reached out to the office personally and was sent from one voice mail to the next. I called back the next day and was sent to the referral coordinator, John's, voicemail. I left my daughter's name and phone number and the concern and urgency for my granddaughter's referral. STILL NO RETURN PHONE CALL! I called the office the following day and asked to speak with the office manager and again left a voice mail stating the urgency of the situation for my granddaughter and the lack of response to the referral sent months ago. NOTHING! My daughter has reached out to this office repeatedly! I work in medical and could not believe that an office would operate in such a manner, which is why I took it upon myself to contact the office directly. I would be furious if one of the patients being referred to our office was being treated with such disregard! I think at a certain point it borders on neglect as much as incompetence. I WOULD NOT and COULD NOT with a clear conscience ever recommend this practice to anyone I know (or do not know for that matter). I ten out of ten do not recommend this practice. Your name is your reputation! Your referral coordinator is NOT scheduling referrals. At least they did not acknowledge my granddaughter's referrals, the THREE times it was faxed over (confirmed). DO BETTER, BE BETTER! There are other practices in and around Knoxville that will and can provide EXCELLENT care. Seek out those providers. This is NOT your place for ENT care!
