There did not seem to be an issue and was given the credit via a paper voucher. Upon receiving this voucher I confirmed with the employee that it can be used online as I didn't live nearby an he confirmed that I can use it online and added they didn't hand out merchandise cards. I tried using it online only later to find out from customer service that it cannot be used online. I called the store to see if they could use my voucher for me and order online from there end and I was told no and they hung up on me mid sentence. Because of the rude service, I will be making purchases from competitors moving toward.

I actually went in looking for a shoe I got a year ago, described it to one of the employees because I didn't see it anywhere, and she went into the back and two minutes later came out with it in my size.
