They have good line up of sports apparel, shoes both for men's and womens, that's what we shopped here for. The service is very good in this outlet on a Memorial Day weekend. The check-out lanes are fast compared to others . The price seems to be moderate to high, in my opinion. The staff did help me get a size that wasn't on the floor and assist in explaining about the variety of shoes. If you have a rewards account with them on the nike app, you will get a percentage discount. It's not well maintained. It's okay place to shop for clothing and shoes for reasonable price. There is always a lot of young crowd at this place and you can brand loyalty. Have restrooms closer by to this store, too. read more

[749] This Nike factory store is located in the Philadelphia Premium Outlets in Limerick. This store is huge and there is a large selection of items except when it comes to boys. I seem to always have a hard time finding my son sneakers. I visited on a Saturday afternoon and the place was packed and for good reason. There was a big sale going on. I usually hit the back wall first to see what sneakers are on clearance. I always seem to find a great deal. The sneakers are high quality and very comfortable so I can buy without trying them on my feet. They also have a nice selection of sports clothes. The retail price is high in my opinion so I hit the clearance racks to see what's available. I usually walk out with a bunch of good deals at the Outlet store. Staff was helpful and nice. A few different floor staff came by to see if I needed help. I'll definitely be back. read more

Honestly really disappointed with the sales and selection. The staff is extremely helpful and I needed to return and item and it went very smoothly. However, I didn't enjoy waiting outside in the freezing cold to be allowed into the store when I went during winter time. They only let a set number of people in the store due to covid regulations. read more

This is my favorite Nike outlet in the area, it is large and has a ton of merchandise. They have a nice amount of golf merchandise and sometimes have good deals. It is always super crowded but they do a good job of moving the checkout relatively quickly. Love this outlet . read more

I was very surprised when I came to the store, maybe because I had different expectations about what I would see. We waited in line for about 1/2 hour before entering. The selection was just not to my taste, an not to deter anyone because they do have a large selection. They also carry other Nike products such as shirts, socks, an jogging sets. I have only been in here once roughly 4 years ago with my parents because my Mom was looking for some new sneakers because the shoes she was wearing wee bugging her. You know, I was never really fan of Nike. Mostly for their reputation of sweatshop workers and sky high prices on shoes that they get away with by savvy marketing. Until! Until that is, I stumbled into this outlet store. What a deal. Yeah, I still feel guilty for supporting nike. But, not as much cause of the huge price cuts I was able to score here. On one occasion, they gave me an extra 30% off just cause I asked for it - on top of the in-store deal that was going on at the time. The final discount ended up being like 85% off the sticker price. Lots of Nike branded shoes and apparel in this store, which is often quite crowded. The check-out line tends to get a little long, but I will say that it moves pretty quickly as they seem to adequately staff with cashiers. Selection is usually pretty good and I've always found my size. Can't really comment on staff as I've never needed any help. read more

Good selection, but the deals really aren't here. My wife got some shoes off the clearance wall that actually cost more with their discount that the same pair in a different color in the next aisle over. Not really impressed. Decent selection, but uncaring inattentive staff. Asked one staff member if he had a pair of Jordan 4s in a size 15. He rolled his eyes, huffed, and said, "Yeah, they only go up to size 14." To which I pointed out that there was a size 17 and a size 18 on the shelf, "So it goes higher than a 14." He sighed again, said, "I guess I can check" and walked slowly to the back while texting. I could see him walk through the double doors, standing there with his head down texting for 5 minutes, then walked slowly back, head still down as he walked past me. All I got was "We don't have it." Thanks. Maybe increase your worker's hourly rates so you can attract quality employees. read more

The line to get into the store was long. Once inside there wasn't much product as far as shoes. The entire shoe section was filed with cheap looking running shoes and not much else. Great customer service, horrible merchandise. read more

Super busy but they had enough staff who were available to help with questions about fit and other stuff. There were lots of sales and display tables. Most were well marked and everything I picked up had a price ticket. Pet peeve, things with no prices; they seem to go with sales people who look annoyed when you ask. The store was easy to navigate-meaning finding the section you want. Not so easy, the place was packed with parents pushing these strollers that were as big as my car! And even odder, the kid who was supposed to be in it-running ahead, and charging into people. (Not Nike's fault, but be warned) A great place to find your sports clothes and shoes. read more

Pretty good, but I never find anything other than the basics (which are always good) when it comes to sneakers. I have never seen anything that uses Nike+ technology and I've never seen Jordans. IDK, maybe I just don't come at the right time, but if you are looking for some pretty nice, decent running sneaker or clothes, this is a good place to check especially if you have a coupon. read more

Although the store is big and clean their customer service sucks. What good is a store if you have employess that have no clue of their product or are just out right nasty. Had a run in with one of the girls there who told me that my sons feet were too "Fat" for the sneaker he was trying on... Momma Bear was about to be out in full force, but out of respect and the right thing to do for my son, I kindly said a few choice words and walked out. It's a good outlet store with the usual stuff. The only problem is the customer service which sucks. I ordered shoes from them and then they cancelled my order. This effected what I was going to buy at the store so it was disappointing and I ended up with nothing. They offered a deal for the cancelled order which was not close to the original value so it was insulting. I'll still shop there but I've lost all trust in their customer service. My fiancé and I drove all the way to this specific Nike outlet as this is the closest one to us, since we live in the Lehigh Valley area, which it's more than an hour from us. We drove home only to find out that the security tag was left on my pair of Nike sweatpants that I purchased from this store. Do the employees not know how to check the clothing articles or anything for the security tags after the customer purchases something and leaves the store?!
