They do have a pretty solid variety here across their inventory for men, women, and children. If they don't have a particular item that you're looking for, size, or color, they can help you order it to have it be delivered to the store for pick-up. With the Patagonia brand, returns and exchanges are also easy. They want you to be satisfied with what you are getting, which I love about the brand. Leather World seems to be the only Rimowa option around Boston. A half dozen repairs were done okay, but not always on the first try. Often they leave glue residues inside and never make an effort to remove dents. I had repairs done in Frankfurt at the the airport and in Beijing with much better results.
