Cool complex. Appears to be adidas hq with an attached Goodlife. The fact that it's attached to adidas hq would lead you to believe that you're gonna be getting some deals, but nope. Items were full-priced. Store was nicely kept. There was some invite-only bs sale going on, but honestly, I didn't see anything that I'd get at even -50% off! There were a coupla -50% racks, but it seemed to be tees and other lower priced items. Well staffed, nicely laid out store, but items were pretty boring. Nothing worth buying. read more

Note: there is another listing for "Adidas Canada", but since the building is mainly a corporate office, it makes sense to have another listing for their retain store on the main floor. First off is that I didn't realize Reebok and Adidas are now in the same company - so a good portion of the store is for Reebok gear as well. This is an outlet, but not in the traditional sense. You can only enter by invite only - though IMO that system is a bit ridiculous since people can just copy flyers - not to mention being elitist. The flyer I came with had everything 50% the store minus a handful of exceptions. Whether or not that's the standard markdown they always do, I'm not sure. It certainly wouldn't be an outlet without these promos, as all virtually all the prices are still the original MSRP. I suppose they're making a lot of higher end stuff that I wasn't aware of, as I saw sweatpants for over $100 as one example. With all that said, there were certainly good deals to be had. Though they may offer product that may not be selling as much (or not, I'm not sure), there's still a lot of choice - especially with shoes. It was still worth my wife and I's time coming here. We got stuff we liked and were mostly happy with the prices. With that said: don't get too excited either. I suspect many of these items may be sold cheaper at some stores to begin with, not to mention that they often run sales. But if you happen to get "invited", check it out. read more

Upon arrival, reception asks are you part of the invite list. If you say no, be prepared to receive no discount. If you say yes, she'll explain everything is 50% off, including sale items, except the exceptions. Men's exception. All ultraboost, except one blue pair. ZNE parley. Women's exception. ALL ultraboost. Of the 50 different pairs of ultraboost, only one men's pair was included in the 50% off. Sadly, we left empty handed. The selection is there but the excluded items makes the visit useless. If the invite stated ultraboost and parley were excluded, I wouldn't have made the effort to boost their foot traffic. Amazing outlet! I was not excited to come to woodbridge for this, just because I went to the nike employee store & the stuff + prices were absolute garbage. This was a trek out, even for a markham girl but it was totally worth. 50% off pretty much everything?!!? The prices on the merchandise were all around retail price and 50% off that is pretty damn good. There are the basic bitch adidas soccer pants for $25-30 (tag says $50-60)!! There's also a whole section on reebok stuffs and a crossfit section, which is awesome. The star of the show though, goes to the shoe section, which I pretty much bulldozed to as soon as I was permitted entry. My friend bought limited edition superstars (the basic bitch shoe that everyone and their mother has) for $50. WHAT? The tag said $100 so half off.. oh my geeerd. They sell for literally $130+ in browns. I bought ballerina primeknit golf shoes (originally $140 on tag, therefore $80) and the amazing zenopeltis reflective 'snake' shoes for $50..... YES. $50. This here is "Invite Only" store and 99% of the items are 50% off. My buddy helped me to get on the list. Its a full scale shop and they have cloths, shoes and other stuff. They also accept credit cards. I needed Reebok runners and Rockport dress shoes... both were about $110 each. Hence, I got one pair kind of free. If you know what you want and already use their stuff... this place would be good to pick it up. read more

Invite only!! I received a flyer (your admission ticket to the store) from my crossfit studio. The store was great! They had Adidas, Reebok, and Rockport branded products. I'm pretty sure they send flyers to different trendy fitness craze gyms so they can see what people are wearing to the different streams of fitness. This is advertised as a sample sale. On my receipt it also said which gym I was associated with. I think this is a really great idea conceived by Adidas marketing team. In addition, the sales associates were really friendly and helpful. The one drawback is they only had two fitting rooms. As a result, there was a long lineup waiting to try on their clothing. I really hope I get tickets to go again. It is a great store to shop at and they had some really nice things. read more

I got to shop at this location this Saturday. We came around 11 and there was no line. Upon entering, I asked the sales associate how the sale worked and she told me 50% off except for a few selected items (ultra boosts). I was so excited, I went to look at their shoes selections first as I was do for a new pair of Superstars but unfortunately there was none. All the other shoes did not catch my eyes.. and if there was a pair it didn't come in an attractive colour. (Of course they would hide the good ones) I wanted a pair of slides too but they did not have sizes 6-8. It was either ridiculously small or huge! And when someone has asked if there was other sizes the girl just told her it's whatever that's out. I went to look at some clothes. They did have a variety of items but again, nothing to flight over. The hoodies were either all xl or bigger or in the ugliest colour. I walked out with a pair of leggings and sweat pants which was a good deal since it's 50% off the retail value. Leggings were $32 and sweats were $30 w/ discount. They only have 3 change rooms! I would avoid usually it if you can .. cause it took awhile. Overall if you can get an invitation it's worth to take a look. The staff were okay. Some more helpful and friendly than others. read more

Their service is terrible. I have a return that is in process about 2 months now and all the customer services are telling you one thing over and over. They give the supervisor 24 -48 hrs to call back and no one gets back to you. I am absolutely frustrated back and forth on this. I would never purchase anything from them AGAIN!!. We both love Rockport, and the prices were so amazing at Toronto Premium Outlets, Heartland and Dixie Outlet Mall, that we thought this would only be better. We thought wrong. Amazing store with some of the best discounts you'll find from an Adidas retail store. Don't expect anything brand new to have a massive discount. I personally bought a pair of soccer cleats for 50% $195. The store was an invite only store meaning you had to receive and invitation in your mailbox to be eligible to shop. However, I didn't know that and the staff told me all I had to do was pay $5 and I can get access to the heavily discounted items. In fact, this location has a heavier discount than most other Adidas outlets in the area. Definitely a must visit store. read more

Pretty sweet deals if you go during the family and friends event - usually 50% off everything - not entirely sure how it is the rest of the week. They only open on the third week of the month starting on that Monday to Sunday. The merchandise there have not been deducted, but they will when you go to the cash. But remember its 50% off the original price. They have and list they give you when you show them voucher, they will give you a list on what things don't have the 50% discount such as the Adidas superstars & stan smiths etc ... Purchased a pair of sneaker from one of their outlet stores, and the sole completely let go from the bottom, after only 1 year. Their warranty states 2 years. I started the claim process, was told to ship my sneakers back to them, even after reviewing the pictures I sent them, but they would not be returned to me. They would now want to evaluate the shoes. Once they receive them I would be contacted within 5-10 business days. I'm now sitting at 15 business days from the date the tracking number shows they received them. 3 replies to the warranty claim email, 2 calls to customer service and even a call to headquarters in Woodbridge that just transferred me back to customer service. I have not received any reply to any of my requests. Merely told, there is no way to reach the warranty department other than replying to the email or "I can leave a message on your claim and request they contact you". So now not only did i get defective sneakers, but now I have NO sneakers read more

Placed an order from Adidas.ca and it was a total nightmare, worst online experience I've ever had, seriously. After the product was 2 weeks late from their promised delivery time I called the customer service number. They knew nothing about anything and were rude. They told me that they would put a "trace' on the order and that it would take an additional 8-11 business days to get more information. Not to actually get me the order, but just to get more information! I then tried to cancel the order and they flat out refused, saying I couldn't cancel an order that wasn't in theor possession. As though that was my fault. So bad, I've never been treated with such indifference by a retailer, online or otherwise. read more

dont buy addidas. bought a pair of superstars for my toddler to wear to daycare. she wore the shoes occasionally then the front of the shoe lifted 3 months later. called the vaughan mills store they tell me their is no warranty and it is up to the discretion of the manager what they want to do. i was like what! so with or without the receipt you have no warranty on their items. no more addidas for my family. i can only imagine if the bottom is falling off because and this is worn by a toddler inside. what would happen to me as an adult?????????????????????????????????????? disappointed and disgusted read more

Was really excited to go with my 50% off coupon, but when I asked an employee about my item being included in the deal, he ASSURED me it absolutely was, and after waiting 30 minutes or more in the cashier line (could those cashiers possibly move any slower?) the manager informed me the item was excluded from the deal. When I told her about her employee assuring me otherwise and expressed being upset about waiting in line for so long, she had absolutely no remorse, and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand that there are exclusions that apply to these coupons, but maybe make sure the flyer is clearer, and that your employees know what they're talking about. At the very least, a simple apology would have sufficed, but she was clueless about the importance of such a thing in customer service, clearly. read more

Was here today for the first time doing a bit of shopping for the fall season. I had a jacket in mind that I was looking to buy and since I received an invitation from my workplace, I decided to check it out. The location is easy enough to find. Entrance is only permitted with an invitation which allows you 50% your entire purchase (some exclusions apply of course). They have a large variety of clothing for men, a decent section for women. I was really disappointed in the availability of sizes for clothes and shoes. Also they do not have very much variety for kids. My son is 2 and they literally had no clothes that would fit him. Either way too small or way too large. Another downside is they only have 2 change rooms and the line up at the register is very long. On the other hand, the employees are super nice and helpful. Overall I bought a few good things for the total cost, but I wouldn't be in a rush to return. read more
