I waited less than 5 min, was called back by the IV nurse, met the tech, got the IV going and everything was explained well. I have a six decade history of health care administration. The VA referred me to ARA for an MRI. Oh, if only I had known! The techs were fine, but when I requested a copy of the report, I was told (on different days): *We mailed it to you, but the mails are slow "When did you mail it?" "We don't keep those records" "You don't keep a record of when you release confidential patient information?" "That is correct." What followed was a series of no less than 12 phone calls, all with different responses. (At least they should synchronize their stories.) I spoke to the office manager on Friday who agreed to Express Mail it. He did not! When I asked about the conflicting stories, he said, "oh, they are new." I had 167 people on staff and EVERY ONE knew that they are not expected to know all the answers, just either get the answer, or refer them to someone who can help. I plan to file a complaint with all relevant regulatory agencies, the VA, and any other consumer agencies there are. It would have been easier if they told the truth. read more

Can never get on their Website. No matter how much You change password. When You make an appointment, figure on more than an hour of wait time with nobody in waiting room. Horrible. Tech's are great. radiologists not so much. read more
