This is always important when buying a bike, and they made my girlfriend very comfortable when she was working her way through her decision. To make things a better fit, they gave her a good deal on a quick modification to the bike that was done while we waited, so she could try out the fit. Any bike purchased here comes with 2 years of tune ups for free as well as a bottle and cage - can't beat that! While it's crazy to find three bike stores within a half mile of each other, this is the only one you should visit while in New Hartford/Utica area.

The workers in the store seem to avoid conversation with customers like we have a sickness they can catch. There isn't a huge inventory of snowboards that Zumiez has available in the store but you can have stuff shipped to the store which is pretty fast and convenient. The clothes they sell are trendy with the younger adult age group.
