They tote '24 hour service' so I was looking forward to getting started on this before tomorrow (it's midnight afterall). As soon as the night dispatcher answered the phone, I asked for a bit of information on securing the vehicle. He (Ben) expressed that he didn't have any information on that and would have to call during office hours. I asked him when those were and he responded 8-5. But when I asked of they were open tomorrow (Sunday) he hung up on me. During the exchange he also included 2-3 'I can't help you's. I have shared this complaint through their email, as well. But wanted to pop in here after seeing some other similar feedback. And if this is an 'answering service' sounds like they don't have 24 hour service and may need to find a new vendor. I will look to share an update as we complete the interaction in the next few days.

But both my drives Zack & Brandon were nice enough to let me sit in their trucks while they did all dirty work. They were friendly and communicative on both my tows to my destination.
