After they Ransacked through the car looking for contraband they had D & S Tow it to their place. The tow was 390 dollars the fuel surcharge was 129 dollars. And 53 dollars for storing my vehicle for one day . What a fuel surcharge is, is a mystery to me. Because my gas gauge was still at the same level . The driver, apparently the owner "Mike", kept saying he will arrive in 2 hours, and then several more additional 2 hours, and then say his truck broke down and promise he'll come early next morning. The second day we called him early morning to check on status. Mike said he'll arrive in 30 minutes and then ghosted us and stopped picking up the phone. The Suburban was stuck in our garage at the bottom of a steep driveway. We explained this to the tow company receptionist and she said she'd get her best guy on it. She was very professional and helpful. Zach came was also very professional and friendly. Despite a challenging situation, Zach got the surburban out of the garage and up the driveway with no damage to the vehicle or garage! Charges were totally reasonable also! Had a great experience.
