Well, no one wants to start their 4th of July weekend towing the truck that's suppose to haul their trailer to go camping...but that's exactly what happened. Luckily, searching for tow truck assistance was easy with Yelp. I called All Points Towning @ 6:15pm on the Friday before July 4th and they notified me that they could have someone out to me in 30 mins, and that's exactly what happened. When Justyn arrived he was super friendly and loaded our truck fairly quick. We had our truck towed about 4 miles and it cost $126, which I thought was extremely reasonable considering the cost of gas is about $6/gallon right now. His truck would not make it into the garage, he brought a portable "jump box," got my truck started, checked several safety items [the truck's computer sort of went berserk with the almost dead battery]. He could take my CC on his phone, took photos of the truck, tag, and VIN, and I was good to dash to the dealer to get a new battery. My wife drove my car after the recent weather we had, and on her way into town managed to pop a tire. Thankfully she was able to get off the freeway and into a safe location, and then proceeded to wait over 4 hours for another tow company that was contracted with our insurance. That company didn't arrive by the time I got there and sent her home to get some sleep. I spent about another hour waiting for the other company before starting to call around for alternatives. This company and Nick are excellent. I had previously arranged for a battery jump with A&A towing. That company is a garbage tow service. There is a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews with similar reviews to mine. They were dispatched a call to jump my car. I was advised a 1 hour ETA. Then an additional 45 minute ETA. And then after 2 hours I called multiple times to get an update and they weren't answering anymore despite it being a 24 hour service. After 4 hours I had to use another tow service (All Points Towing) who was excellent on communication (thanks to Nick) and arrived in under 30 minutes, so I would highly recommend them instead of A&A Towing. Meanwhile that company still hasn't even called me back. What a joke. Definitely will use All Points Towing going forward instead! read more

So on New Year's Eve the driver of the tow truck in this company vehicle almost ran me off the road into oncoming traffic at a traffic light. I hit my breaks to avoid wrecking, and the back of his truck his my car. Then when I tried to chase him down for his info he sped up while laughing at me.
