Wow! Incredibly fast, reliable, in budget and beyond helpful in a pinch. On top of my car breaking down and needing a tow, it was extremely hot in reno plus the added bonus of being pregnant didn't help much. But both my drives Zack & Brandon were nice enough to let me sit in their trucks while they did all dirty work. They were friendly and communicative on both my tows to my destination. Not only were my drivers incredible, Mia in the office was personable remembering my name, facts about my pregnancy and showing true care/concern for my situation. I truly wish I could give you guys a higher rating than this. When I called I was already distressed because the last tow company abandoned my car at the shop, refused it and avoided my calls. When I called All Points Towing I was greeted by Mia with a great amount of kindness and understanding. Fast forwar, Anthony the driver who is a saint made the hard decision to bring my car to me although it was a quite difficult and dangerous job to do. Well, no one wants to start their 4th of July weekend towing the truck that's suppose to haul their trailer to go camping...but that's exactly what happened. Luckily, searching for tow truck assistance was easy with Yelp. I called All Points Towning @ 6:15pm on the Friday before July 4th and they notified me that they could have someone out to me in 30 mins, and that's exactly what happened. When Justyn arrived he was super friendly and loaded our truck fairly quick. We had our truck towed about 4 miles and it cost $126, which I thought was extremely reasonable considering the cost of gas is about $6/gallon right now. I ran out of gas in a rental vehicle on the side of the freeway. The driver was very far away and was expected to take an hour or more. I was very happy to see him arrive 35 minutes later. Then when we told him where we wanted our car towed he suggested a different place and told us it was highly recommended. Our toy hauler RR tire gave up on I-80 at the Mustang exit. Couldn't budge the lug nuts with a 3' cheater bar on the lug wrench. Had been to AAA on So. Virginia 3 days prior to register our car and bought the AAA Premier tow when told about its overall benefits. Battery died after parking in the parking garage at the Reno VA hospital. Low ceiling. Cody returned my call, kept in touch. His truck would not make it into the garage, he brought a portable "jump box," got my truck started, checked several safety items [the truck's computer sort of went berserk with the almost dead battery]. He could take my CC on his phone, took photos of the truck, tag, and VIN, and I was good to dash to the dealer to get a new battery. My wife drove my car after the recent weather we had, and on her way into town managed to pop a tire. Thankfully she was able to get off the freeway and into a safe location, and then proceeded to wait over 4 hours for another tow company that was contracted with our insurance. That company didn't arrive by the time I got there and sent her home to get some sleep. I spent about another hour waiting for the other company before starting to call around for alternatives. I'm so grateful for All Points, they had someone dispatched almost immediately after I called (even though we were technically outside of their listed service area), and within about 40 minutes I was calling my insurance and telling them to cancel the tow company they contacted (which was "in the middle of another call"). There is a reason why they have so many 1 star reviews with similar reviews to mine. They were dispatched a call to jump my car. I was advised a 1 hour ETA. Then an additional 45 minute ETA. And then after 2 hours I called multiple times to get an update and they weren't answering anymore despite it being a 24 hour service. After 4 hours I had to use another tow service (All Points Towing) who was excellent on communication (thanks to Nick) and arrived in under 30 minutes, so I would highly recommend them instead of A&A Towing. Meanwhile that company still hasn't even called me back. What a joke. Definitely will use All Points Towing going forward instead! read more
