I eventually called to schedule, was on hold for 1 hour and 35 minutes, moved from spot 39 to spot 4, then the system told me it couldn't take my call and hung up on me. I went in person shortly after to schedule an appointment and waited 45 minutes in their office. When I finally got to the front, their receptionist was extremely rude and told me they would not schedule me today at the front. Luckily her colleague intervened, looked me up in the system, and discovered that "the order was in but they had not built it yet." She said someone would call me at the end of the day. Astonishing you can't book an appointment (read: critically important health screening for breast cancer) online, in person, or over the phone in the year 2026. There were several other people around me in the lobby sharing the problems they've experienced with scheduling, receiving diagnoses and information, and rude customer service. Steer clear of this place if you can.

First, they made me see the nurse practitioner for my first visit. He was a good guy, very knowledgeable. Then I got to see the doc. He was ok. What really made me stop going to the office is the docs wife and MA Christina. When I was there they were speaking Tagalog. They didn't realize I can understand what they were saying. The wife and Christina are very mean and un compassionate people. Talking about the patients and there illnesses. One over weight pt. checked in after me and they talked about how she stinks and is fat. Laughing. They talked about how the one guy Angel that works there and stinks. I went to the bathroom and was coming out when I caught Christina giving the middle finger to a patient that was walking away from her window. The wife and MA were so negative and nasty, I will never return. I hope people read this and know that you will be made fun of and talked about if you go here. If they are speaking Tagalog, know that they are probably saying mean and nasty shit about someone. They did not discriminate against co workers and patients.
