As an adult, the frequency of my appointments has shifted -- meaning, I do not go 3-4 times a year as a part of a wellness plan (thanks, Mom!). This past January, I had an accident where I hit my head very hard. After the event, I had pain on both my head and my neck that didn't go away. My mom suggested that I go see Lisa for a session. At the appointment, Lisa very carefully listened to my concerns and within the first few minutes of my session, I could feel the release of tension. Without going into details, I found Advance Physical Therapy to be a very poor choice for PT for us. 1) Don't be fooled you will pay to see a PT but we were pawn you off to techs. 2) We were left alone without any supervision to do exercises 3) I had a PT many years ago asked me if you lift 5 lbs every day for a year, how much can you lift after the year? The answer is 5 lbs. We had to request for change so we could progress. I wish we had seen how this place truly operated before we committed our rehab here.
