As an adult, the frequency of my appointments has shifted -- meaning, I do not go 3-4 times a year as a part of a wellness plan (thanks, Mom!). This past January, I had an accident where I hit my head very hard. After the event, I had pain on both my head and my neck that didn't go away. My mom suggested that I go see Lisa for a session.
