Well, I definitely owe Mr. Adkins an apology and his diagnosis was just as he said. I had my mother in laws vehicle looked at by him and was told to take it to a transmission because something was seized inside the transmission, but after taking it to a transmission shop and them saying it's not the transmission and having to take it back to a mechanic who said it was the shifter cable and then me waiting for two weeks to find out it was definitely as Mr. Adkins said. I now must not only apologize but I highly praise his professional diagnosis because, even though everything was pointing to a wrong diagnosis by him it was spot on as the end result. I not only would go to him again but highly recommend him and I have learned a great lesson to wait until everything has been resolved to write a review because sometimes things are not what they seem at first. I was extremely impressed with how fast his response time was and how smooth the process was from start to finish. I was stranded an hour away from home and the fact that he was able to come to me, repair my vehicle and get me safely back on the road for a very reasonable price was a blessing. My car needed a new starter after it failed. He responded super quickly, and he said he was in town so he was able to get me in the same day. He drove to my house and I was able to leave after he started, and he called to let me know when he was done, it was all super smooth. It was cheap comparing to the different pricing I got, and figuring he got me in the same day. Thanks for coming out so fast! I have a Nissan versa that would not start and after 2 other so called mobile mechanics looked at it for about 5 minutes and one said I needed a battery (it is brand spanking new!) Called on a Friday last second with a no crank no start issue, He managed to fit me in and almost immediately diagnosed my bad starter and got right to work while it was only 15 degrees out, He was super friendly and knew exactly what he was doing, was really quick and efficient as well, quoted me slightly over what he actually charged me, overall 15/10 will be using him in the future! read more

They got me out of a costly situation by repairing my truck and did it in my own driveway, and did it in a couple of hours. They'll get my business again if needed.
