they never showed up ! their phone employee clearly…read morepromised that their employee would come by out home in person. they said they would come by yesterday between 9am & 12 noon...... they never showed. and they never bothered to call us to explain what happened. we waited, waited, waited. we did phone them, after waiting all afternoon just to take into consideration that they had possibly experienced some unexpected delay.... when we did speak to the phone rep for roof gutter now company.......we were put on hold, then run around and more delays, then a very abrupt man came on the line and began to interrogate us! the rude man on phone told us we were never on their schedule for anyone to come by and give us an estimate for gutter-cleaning! but we do have an email from them affirming we actually did have an appt on their records. (we are a former customer of this company, but wow.... this company has changed for the very worst!)

Great experience with this company. The project I hires…read morethem for was a brand new gutter install on my house. The color I wanted was very specific and it was hard for me to find a company that would offer any colors outside of the general 15 or so standard colors that you can find on most gutter companies websites. I called the Gutter Boys, who had 3 different color palettes to choose from, got my quote on a Thursday and the install on that next Tuesday. They kept me updated on the schedule, were on time for my appointments and were very quick with getting my project completed. The price was more than fair and since this was my first time ever getting new gutters on ny house, they understood where I was at and I never felt like any of my questions were dumb. These guys are very professional and I definitely recommend.

Had an issue with the gutter on the back of the house, half of the gutter came down in one of the…read morelate season snow storms. After looking at it I decided I couldn't fix it myself, instead I contacted The Gutter Boys based on the Yelp Reviews. At this point they said they were so busy they could only quote on replacing all of the gutters, I figured it cost me nothing to get the quote. The quote was reasonable for the size of the job, but more then I wanted to spend, so I let them know that I did not want to move ahead with the job. A couple of weeks later they contacted me and let me know that they would quote on replacing only the back gutter. This came in and was still a bit higher then I wanted to spend. After another couple of weeks they sent a revised quote that was about 20% lower at which point I decided to go ahead with the job. Getting the job started was easy, you log onto their website, review and approve the contract and put down a 50% deposit. Once this was done they scheduled the job in less then a week. On the scheduled day they came out while I was at work, took down the old gutter, put up the new gutter and downspouts and cleaned up the jobsite. A very nice job all the way around. I never had an contact with any of their personnel other then by text and phone, but they got the job done fast and professionally.

AJ came out and listened to what we wanted, he took plenty of pictures and made notes. A few days later he got back to us with his quote. I tell ya, he was only $250.00 off of the other quotes we received. So, we were impressed with his pricing ability to be so close to our other quotes. Luckily for us, we went on vacation the day AJ & his team started the project. AJ kept us updated on how it was going throughout the project. We always knew what was going on and where we stood on scheduling. With our Century Home, the bathroom water lines & drains were corroded and clogged, the floor under the toilet was rotted, the bathtub walls, drains and mold was a major headache. Jackson remodeling fixed all of that. Now, I have NO issues with drinking tap water from the bathroom sink and the mold is gone due to the ceiling fan installation. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. We can't wait to have AJ and his team to come back and remodel our kitchen. I highly recommend these guys. UPDATE: The new shower head sprung a leak. AJ came out the very next day, figured out the problem, ordered the defective part and got it fixed ASAP. Luckily, it was a manufacturer defect and was under warranty. The workers did not take the time to inspect the entire area around her home to be sure that the job was complete before they left. I have never written a negative review before but I was compelled to express my opinion about this experience.

Horrible company. Would give negative stars if possible…read more Due to space limitations we can't give full details or list all the problems, lies, or unprofessional business practices encountered but we'll give the highlights. Contracted with Hinckley Roofing to do tear off and roof replacement on small house. Subcontracted crew only tarped front of house and left other sides exposed. Majority of shingles and debris were thrown off sides and back, not front. Left excessive black marks on vinyl siding and large scratches/gouges on aluminum window trim where shingles hit. Only the front looked mostly okay because of tarp. Siding in very good condition prior to damage they caused. Showed us picture of front with tarp and lied about the rest being tarped until we shared video from security cameras showing shingles raining down against the siding. Their solution was to scrub each streak and power wash the siding, destroying the surface so there were glaring shiny and dull patches alternating across sides and back of house. This was unacceptable to us. Met with them again and were told if we gave it 6 months we wouldn't be able to tell; it would even out. Gave it 6 months and it looks worse. Roof cost just over $9,200. Bids from siding companies were all higher than that amount but Hinckley would only offer half the cost in credit for damages. Said anything more would be unfair to them. When we didn't accept their offer, we were told they'd put lien on house and we could work it out with their insurance company then. Deadline for filing valid lien had passed after so much time but they would file anyway. The only way we could get lien removed then would be to hire attorney and file a lawsuit to have lien invalidated. We opted to take their low offer and be done with them.
