The office is in a new building, which makes the space feel very modern, clean, and comfortable. I went for a regular cleaning, and I walked out in tears. I felt absolutely bullied into multiple dental procedures that were unnecessary and insulting. I am a 22-year-old college graduate, and they insisted I have my two front teeth removed with little explanation and a treatment plan costing 10,000 dollars. I have never in my life been told that my teeth were not healthy, so this was a shock. They also insisted I needed a deep cleaning that would cost me $ 400 out of pocket, and when I was overwhelmed and asked for just a normal cleaning that my insurance would cover, they refused. I also brought up my serious jaw pain, and the doctor would not even acknowledge what I was saying. I felt unheard, unseen, and honestly taken advantage of. Luckily, I was able to call my parents, who are in the medical field, for advice, and they agreed with my decision to leave the office without getting any procedures done. But I just hope they don't take advantage of more people. I never leave reviews on places, but I would recommend to NEVER go to this dentist. Terrible experience. My first appointment was in 2024 in their old location and I was less than thrilled with the service. I unfortunately had a sensitive tooth and needed to be seen quickly and they took me right away. Their new office location is absolutely beautiful - a completely different experience than before. The office staff was so nice and welcoming and clear on the (short) wait time. Dr. Randhawa was so caring and clear with me through every step of the appointment. So far so good with my sensitive tooth! Dare I say I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment! read more

This is one of the worst dental offices. The charged $900.00 to clean teeth. Then talked my 99 year old father into getting a bridge that wouldn't seat correctly. Original dentist wasn't in so new dentist tried to correct it, in doing so He slammed the bridge into position with such force he broke the tooth the bridge was anchored to. After 5 months of pain and numerous other dentists he ended up at the ER in Yale, where their maxillofacial surgeon had to do extensive work and still to this day my father has to hold his head and can't speak or eat well. It has took me some time to come out and make this review on Admire Dental. I went there maybe in 2023 for a root canal. Since I have bottom barrel insurance, the clinic where I was originally diagnosed told me I had to go to a different dentist to get a root canal. This was one of the places my insurance covered. This place is almost a 20 min drive from me, and I had to take that drive on multiple occasions, by borrowing a family members car since I did not have one at the time. At first, they started doing multiple X-rays on me that at some point became unnecessary. It took two separate visits to actually get the root canal done. It failed, I went back to get it put back on. It failed again, and they refused to put it back on unless we paid $1000 out of pocket or get on their credit line. The last day I ever went there, was the day where I lost my cool and professionalism. After charging my grandmother $100 after I told her not to give it to them, I told everyone exactly how I felt and how they are not gonna walk all over us for $$ they keep pocketing. Unfortunately, it seems like this is a fake dentist office who seriously just wants you to pay for a crappy job. After departing from this place, I found a better dentist office who did my root canal on the other side perfectly with no problems. They are also attempting to save the tooth that is currently rotting away due to the negligence of this company. I would not recommend ANYONE going here, even if your insurance is like mine. Just look for a better place! So they do it once and do it right. read more

I had such a horrible experience here. The front desk and techs were very pleasant and helpful, but Dr Panks is condescending and dismissive. I had a cleaning and several fillings done. Immediately after getting the fillings my teeth became *extremely* sensitive in the area I got the fillings. I later addressed this with the Dr and he said it was only because I was brushing too hard on that side. I personally feel I brush lightly but to ignore a drastic change that happened right at the same time a bunch of dental work was done is ridiculous. There was a clear moment when everything changed, and to blame it on my dental habits. My teeth where the fillings were done remained painful for months until one day I bit down hard on a piece of french bread and felt immense pain that thankfully subsided after a few days, and the sensitivity was immediately gone. But the gum area near those teeth started to swell a bit, became quite tender, and at one point an abscess-like bubble formed on the gums. By the time I was able to see Dr Panks again, the abscess had drained on its own though the area was still tender and to me seemed a little swollen. When I told him everything he completely dismissed my pain and only gave everything a second look after repeatedly asking him. He once again told me that it all had to be the result of brushing too hard. Really?! After pressing him further he swore there was no infection but did prescribe antibiotics, it felt just to get me out of there. I had never felt so ignored and had my pain completely dismissed. I'm unsure if it is due to arrogance or incompetence. Well after a few years, I was finally able to follow up with a dentist at a different practice. She immediately saw that there was an infection in the exact area. I asked if that was the result of poor dental hygiene and she said that it was because a filling was put in too close to the nerve. I will need a root canal and a crown to take care of the issue. She couldn't believe that another dentist would perform work in this manner and was appalled that it was all dismissed as me brushing too hard. So thankful to have found a dentist willing to take my concerns seriously. I understand dentistry is not an exact science and results cannot be guaranteed but to be unwilling to address any issues as a result of the work is unacceptable. I am pasting this from my Google review where I was given a passive aggressive response. I suspect I may get the same here, so let me say two follow up visits where my pain was dismissed is more than enough of a chance to know I was not going to get the care I needed here. read more

This is by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing with a dentist EVER! Two years ago, (yes it's been two years) i broke a front tooth and needed to have it fixed immediately. I was told they took my dental insurance however billing didnt have time to process paperwork so i had to pay out of pocket and they would refund me. My insurance company paid them and i have literally called every week since trying to get my refund. The dentist talks in circles saying he can give me a receipt or a tracking number for the "check" he WILL send out but then never does. At this point I'm just going to contact me insurance company and report them for fraud. read more

Dr. Panks at Admire Dental was amazing AND I was able to make any appointment as a first time customer for the following day! The reception area was immaculate, and included a children's play area as well. The service i recieved was top notch, and the staff wen to great lengths to make sure i was comfortable they whole time i was there (in the rooms in back you ever have option of entertainment: tv, news, music, even Netflix! ) As soon as i went home i called and made appointment for my husband.... he ended also having a great experience. Would definitely recommend too anyone looking for a dentist in this area! read more

Disorganized, unprofessional dental practice. Out of network for Delta Dental and they will charge you more than you are reimbursed. Yet they will not send you a bill. We received a check from Delta Dental and called to find out why they weren't sending it directly to Admire Dental, only to find out they are out of network (my fault for not realizing this before and scheduling my husband elsewhere). We were told by Delta that the dentist would bill us and that the check was ours. Not two days later my husband gets an incredibly rude and accusatory voicemail demanding payment from Admire. He hand-delivered payment to the office last week and then gets another voicemail days later demanding more money. Why not mail your clients itemized bills for the total amount before you call them as though they are delinquent?? I think it is important to mention that a large part of why this is all so irritating is that he DID NOT EVEN SEE THE DENTIST. His visit was scheduled for an exam, xrays, and cleaning and he is being charged for all those things. Dentist just reviewed x-rays but did not so much as say hello to my husband, let alone look in his mouth. As an MD, if I charged a patient I had never laid eyes on for an exam, while only reviewing films or lab data, this would be considered fraud and is highly unethical.
