Called, left unreturned messages, and after a couple days reached someone who scheduled the inspection for one of two days/time-slots. Promised to call me within two hours to confirm - no call back. No show on either inspection appointment. I waited another week to see if anything was going to initiate on SP's end and nothing did. I called and told them to remove me from their client system. I am a Suburban Propane customer at my house in CA for years now, and they are the absolute best. I cannot imagine why they are so inept and uncaring here in Santa Fe.

Last year when I was attempting to get flooring the same issue arose, the computer suggested what I needed was already in stock, so when I ordered it, it took an extra month to transfer to the store after the delivery date. Pretty good as far as Lowe's are concerned though.
