We called them and they were extremely gracious hosts. They even set up an after performance talk with the cast and director for our students! Theater Grottesco is an irreverent theater group that creates humorous, complex performances that are visually fascinating to watch. We saw their take on on Shakespeare's 12th Night. Grottesco is must. I highly recommend attending a performance and if you are a HS English, Theater or Art teacher, take your kids to a performance!

The dancers were very good. The show had a variety numbers, and the they were all very talented. I have two things I want to comment on: Our tickets were the most affordable option, and I wish I had been able to see the theater first before purchasing. Every seat in the place will give you a good view, but the seats in the back are not great for comfort. The show is about 1.5-2 hours with a 15 min intermission. The back row chairs are high top chairs for a bar, and do not have a table or anything. It is good to help you see, but not suggested for a bad back, for older people, or probably very uncomfortable for someone who is wider. If I could do it again I would definitely spend the extra to have a regular seat or a table. The other thing was people were asked to put their phones away, and several people were not compliant. I do wish they enforced this better. The theater does an amazing job giving you a good experience. The theater is pretty intimate and when the lights are down or off, a phone ruins that experience. There is a bar, but there is not food. Grab dinner before the show. Currently the restaurant at the hotel is closed too. Overall I would go again and again. It was great. Everyone in my party was completely awed by the show. They had never seen flamenco presented like that before.

But they have other things or days, i think) It was an informal drop by at 7 for lessons or come at 8pm (and pay $3) -or just stay after the lesson at no extra cost for fun dance times. The two instructors were great. Pointed out tips and took each step one by one. Came with my fiance, but we rotated partners a lot because there were more leads than followers. I feel sorry for all the leads who had to come to me because I'm awfully uncoordinated and couldn't figure out how to triple step while turning and couldn't remember to rock step... But everyone, experienced and not experienced were super friendly and nice. Stayed in good spirits and just had fun. It was fun practicing what we just learned at 8pm and also watching the experienced dancers have fun and dance the night away.
