I'll spare the disgusting details, but Kyler, Greg, and anyone else associated with this company should not be hired for anything. They are dishonest, unreliable, and perform shoddy work at best. He and his partner came out and looked at the project. We agreed with the cost. The paint is already coming off of our steps. The door went okay, but they couldn't figure out how to make our storm door fit. I talked to them about installing laminate vinyl flooring on our main floor. They were informed that we were both disabled. We live alone and have no one to help us. They were completely on board with the cost of installation. They measured all of the rooms. I ordered the flooring. They had car problems, and had to move, or reschedule at the last minute. They knew the furniture we had and we do live in a smaller house. We hid nothing. It was a very difficult situation for us. Very nice in the beginning. Needless to say, the flooring was not completed. My husband tried reaching out and the company stated that they had to be gone but would call right away upon return. So he tried again and got the company voicemail. There had been no response. We are on Social Security and we were as upfront about everything as we could be. We were treated very poorly at the end and now we are possibly going to be selling our house since it is being more difficult for us to handle on our own. Kylar, was very mean toward the end of the process. DON'T PAY IN FULL UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE.
