I asked for no gel wanting to be able to remove it myself as I dont usually have manicures, but could not remove on my own so had to go back to salon. she tried to talk me into another manicure but said no, just remove. she did remove but buffed the nails leaving them in terrible shape. Will wait for Ivy to return!!

I am always warmly welcomed once entered and I never feel uncomfortable to speak up about a concern because I know my tech will happily correct any mistakes ive found (that is the odd time there is an imperfection). Lately the salon has been quite busy, but I do not mind waiting for such an amazing job rather than to settle for less at another salon
