I understand that retail can be stressful, but customer service should always remain respectful and professional. A manager sets the standard for the rest of the team, and based on our experience, her behavior did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect from someone in that position. I hope HomeGoods looks into this matter and reminds its management team that every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect.
