I spoke with Brandon and he pretty much explained to me that when rodents gets access to your internals, that issue will most likely be more specially chewed wires and such. So we opted to purchase a new hot tub and Brandon much gave us a quick course on spa 101. After it's delivery and an electrician wiring the new tub, we ran into an issue with the new tub. I spoke to Brandon and he explained that if the issue is wiring, they would have to charge us but if the issue is the tub, it would be covered by the warranty. About a week later, Silus arrive to our house to figure out the problem. He was professional and elaborate with us the procedure. Upon further inspection, he determined that one of the parts of the new tub was defective and it would be covered my warranty. Good to hear. I highly recommend these guys. We do have local spa stores near by but they have been very professional including giving advice on the DYI. Good Dudes!

When arriving, I went to the restroom to pee (I am 67 and have prostate issues, and just wanted to be comfortable while I shopped) and, seeing a sign on both the outside and inside that said "Please keep the door shut - because of A/C" and seeing a lock, I locked the door for privacy (too). There is just urinal and one stall. When I was standing at the urinal there was suddenly the loudest banging on a door I'd ever heard in my life. I thought it must be some kind of emergency so I went, holding my pants up, since I didn't have time to zip them. I opened it, and said "What's up?!" and the young man with dark green Green Thumb shirt - heavyset, brown hair, 30/40-ish? - said very aggressively, yelling, "It's a public restroom, that's why theres more than one stall !!!" and proceeded to wash in the sink for 5 minutes or so (I retreated to the stall to try and finish my business). So... because there' a urinal and a stall you are not supposed to lock it? Why is there a lock? I don't get it... He must have either been having a very very bad day, was mentally unbalanced, or just a ver very angry person. I was in shock. I think it's time to find another nursery...

What really impressed us was his honesty - he even explained how we could paint the chairs and replace the slings ourselves if we wanted to save money. We decided to paint the chairs ourselves and then have Hauser's professionally install the new slings. The finished product exceeded our expectations. The chairs look and feel brand new, and we were able to save money thanks to Hauser's honest, customer-first approach. Nathan was also fantastic when we dropped off the chairs and selected our fabric. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. My orientation was done by Joe who was outstanding, professional and knowledgeable answering all my questions and educating me on overall spa care. I signed up for their O-Care program which keeps me current on my spa treatment supplies and provides free delivery as well as a $10 discount on my orders all while extending my heater warranty to their Lifetime Heater Warranty. We inherited a Brown Jordan Patio Set that was most likely either purchased in the late 60's, early…read more70's. They were in good shape with the exception that some of the framing was getting pitted and straps were faded, but not broken. This set, including the glass table, have been outside in the sea air and all elements since they were purchased. We wanted to honor my wife's grandparents by not replacing this set. So we decided to invest in a restoration, due to how well made this set is. I found Patio Guys on Yelp and decided to use them for this project. As we were starting to wipe down the chairs, we noticed a label on one of the chair frames, which was a Patio Guys restoration logo decal. Turns out our late relative had used them before, but uncertain at what decade were they restored before. I guess it was destiny to use Patio Guys. For the strap width of what our chairs required, there was not a huge selection to choose from. So if you're looking to replace with a sunny yellow, orange or teal, you'll need to make an alternate choice. Lots of whites, creams, tans, and earthy greens to choose from. The only blue is like a Dodger blue or a forest green. So we took a leap of faith and chose turquoise. It's perfect!! We were in no hurry and quoted 4 weeks turn around time. It was more like 6 weeks, but I was anticipating more like 10 weeks. Plus we were the cause of not getting the chairs back sooner due to our schedule. The job Patio Guys has exceeding my expectations. I knew the patio set would look better than the existing condition, but I wasn't expecting a brand new condition.
