I was really surprised, but I feel like the hibachi was pretty on par with some of the places in Knoxville. Mind you, I only got the hibachi veggies so it's possible the meats aren't as good, but I really enjoyed what I got. The rice is probably not as good as you get at a sit-down hibachi place, but it was still good. And you get a sizeable portion of shrimp sauce, which is also delicious! The price is reasonable, though pretty close to what you'd pay at a sit-down place; I feel that food trucks often have a bit of a markup. I would return!

Pro tip: if you order online, arrive early since you never know how long the wait might be. The Texas-style brisket was an absolute must-have, great flavor and some of the best I've had. The Carolina pork was also delicious, especially with their red sauce, which took it to another level. The smoked sausage links, filled with brisket and pork, were incredible. The mac and cheese was one of the best I've ever had, with green chilis that gave it amazing flavor. The Texas beans and slaw were both excellent too. I get the Al Pastor, and a side of queso and chips. Their queso is amazing and the chips are the best I have ever had.
