The first one was rainwater coming in through the roof down the inside walls of an upstairs and downstairs bedroom causing mold that had to be removed and flooring & drywall that had to be replaced. Cole Borgeson handled everything with my insurance company to get the project started on the first job providing accurate quotes for the repairs. The second job was an unexpected pipe leak inside the wall on the stairway on New Year's day. This time I called my insurance company (USAA) to request again that they use Rockefellers for the repairs as I had such wonderful service from their subcontractors Daniel Rodriquez (Homestar painting) and Tim Gallegos (Tim's Flooring Covering) that I wanted to have the same crew again. On both Projects the Project Manager's (Christopher on the first job) and Sarvar (on the second job) assigned were great and very professional. At each phase of the job that took place they were there to supervise that the work was being completed. If I had any suggestions or questions they were immediately helpful. I love the outcome of both bedrooms especially replacing the carpet in one room with flooring. And, the wall repair on the stairs we changed the color from white to a sand color which accent the wall beautifully that you notice right away when walking into the house. One thing to keep in mind is that they do not move furniture or appliances. They always show up on time for their appointments and you are asked to review their work before they leave. We have been working with Mini Maids for more than 10 years. With that said, you can be assured that the quality of their craftsmanship and the rate that they charge is an excellent resource for cleaning, be it corporate or private.

We were sort of at a loss for what to do since not many places seem to do this type of work so we gave them a second chance. Not only did the owner show up on time for the quote, he was extraordinarily helpful and gave us some good tips on other surfaces and how to maintain. Extremely knowledgeable, very nice guy. They were very accommodating with scheduling and the day of they were on time and ready to roll. We initially called them to restore and reseal our stone tile that was in horrible shape from not being cleaned or maintained properly from the previous owner. We tried everything we could and just couldn't get it clean. After the visit and asking some questions, we ended up with the trifecta of things we didn't even know he did. Not because he was pushy by any means, he actually told us how to do it ourselves but we asked if he did work like that because it would take us FOREVER and would be one of those weekend projects we would procrastinate (not to mention the cost of materials we'd have to get and only use a tiny amount of). What we ended up with was deep cleaning and resealing of the stone (travertine) tile, polishing and resealing of our granite countertops, and carpet cleaning of the high traffic areas. Yup. They do all that. And his prices were extremely reasonable. The guys were great- extremely professional and friendly. The tools they use are pretty cool as well and they explained what each of them was doing. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend them. So, a couple of tips: - Follow up with them if you don't get an immediate response. There were a couple of things that were forgotten but quickly remedied. I think they're just busy and a family-run business so some communication details get lost in the shuffle. (hey, remember that quote you said you were going to send by email?...) - We thought it was going to take at least half a day but we moved everything we could off the surfaces which seemed to cut the time in half, if not more. I think they normally do move a lot of things for folks because they seemed surprised. lol We also vacuumed everything right before they came over. - If you have granite or quartz countertops and have never resealed/polished them- do it. I don't think ours had ever been done and they are as smooth as glass now (more so than they were). - Ask them questions! They're a wealth of knowledge and will give you all sorts of good info for maintaining the surfaces and how to take care of them. - When they do the first pass with the cleaner on your tile, brick, or whatever you will feel like a dirty little hamster. I promise you. It was so nasty but have solace in the fact that they've probably seen worse. LOL

The travertine stairs in our home had been damaged by the previous owners. Several companies came out and just scratched their heads, not knowing what to do. Jerry and his son from New Again knew exactly what had happened and how to restore them. It took a few weeks before they could get back out because they are in such demand. They even had to order a special sanding pad for my job but were very fair in their price, considering the extent of the work they did. The stairs look great now! I'm attaching photos because seeing is believing. New Again is fair, honest, and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that that his email quote directed me to a website that charged me the full amount before the work was done. However, I will be calling them in the future when I need other surfaces restored.

After several weeks with no call I called them and they said that they tried to clean it several times but there was still a smell and said they would try one more time. I called later and they said it was ready to be picked up. I paid for the rug and as I was about to load it in my vehicle I gave it a smell. Well, the urine smell was still there. They told me that they did their best and this was the first time they were not able to get the smell out of a rug. I reminded them about the gaurantee and he immediately agreed to refund my money. Good marks for honoring their gaurantee but not sure why they charged me in the first place if they new the smell was still present.
