This week I had the opportunity to have these guys come and clean my carpets. I literally called at 10am to schedule a service and they came at 3pm. They were offering a great fall deal so I jumped on it and I haven't been disappointed. Domingo came and even though there were some miscommunications and time we made it work and he apologized for the mistake on the work order. He was flexible and understanding with my children being home and ensured that we would still be able to have a place to hang out while he cleaned the rest of the house. He politely told us he was done when he was ready to clean the last room. He moved furniture without being asked and put things back nicely. He even cleaned a rug for me. I also had the opportunity to meet Neal, the owner. He was polite, professional and thoughtful. He came in to quote me on a shower floor and finished it 30 min later. It was once yellow, brown, black and green... and now it's white. I have spent tireless afternoons trying to achieve what he did in 30 min for a great price. I contacted Royal Carpet Cleaning about coming to a place just outside of the city and at Christmas time. They were wonderful about it, had appointments available right up til Christmas, and their price was the best I found. They were ALSO wonderful when at the very last minute I cancelled and had to reschedule. Prompt responses online. Prompt service. Carpet was finished in an hour (one bedroom, hallway, living room) Drying time was "four to eight hours". It was really eight hours, and even then a FEW spots felt damp to the touch so I didn't drag most of my furniture back in until the next morning. They got a weird stain out (looked permanent; roommate said it was butter) and the carpet looked great overall. So to summarize: great price, prompt customer service, quality cleaning. read more

We decided to use royal carpet cleaning due to reading several good reviews on yelp. They came out on a Saturday (10-28). Yes this review is a bit late. Anyhow they showed up and were done with our living room, 2 bedrooms and a hallway in 30-35 minutes tops. Not to mention we had them do a special treatment in one of the rooms for an additional charge. When they left the carpets were soaking wet, more than usual for a cleaning, and when the carpet was finally dry there was not a noticeable difference. During the cleaning one of the employees mentioned this was there last job of the day which made me wonder if they rushed through the job. I would not recommend this company based off of the experience we had with them. read more

When I called for same day carpet cleaning service I was greeted by a polite and professional person (I believe Bernadette was her name). She assisted me in getting service promptly as I had to do the carpet cleaning before classes in the evening. The technician (Neil) showed up a few minutes before promised. He was courteous and well mannered. He did an excellent job throughout my condo, from the carpet to the sofa. I had a bunch of pet, ink, and mystery stains he was able to get out with ease. It took about 45 minutes to complete 4 rooms, a hallway, and a sofa; when the receptionist quoted two hours! Excellent quality, excellent customer service! Had them come and would have been better to do it myself. Said they cold get dog stains and black marks out of new carpeting. They knew in advance of my stains from pics I sent to them. Domingo said no good can't do it that day. Cost was $300 for medium house. Never cleaned the couch either. Contacted them after and they didnt want to do a thing. I have had two sofas done by Royal Carpet Cleaning. I was blown away both times by their work! They did an outstanding job and were equally professionally outstanding. The second sofa I had them do was a leather sofa and I was surprised to learn that they are one of the only companies that offers leather upholstery cleaning in our area. They did an amazing job on it! I purchased the sofa off craigslist and would never have guessed that it could look like this afterwards! They transformed what looked like a leather sofa that had been sitting in a college dorm for the last ten years into something that I am actually proud to sit clients on in my office! I had my tile and a small room of carpet done and they looked really good. The carpet was white and very traveled on so I wasn't expecting it to be great but it looked almost new again. I didn't think my tile was very dirty but I was super wrong! After it was dry it was a completely different color. I had made several calls around and was thinking about skipping the tile altogether but this guy beat everybody I talked to on price. I will definitely use him again. read more
