Hours are a bit limited, the rental process is a bit haphazard compared to the polish of their larger competitors, and the tiny gear I picked up was given to me in a Pelican-style case that was easily ten times bigger than it needed to be-- not the most convenient to transport... Also, unlike their larger competitors, I find it hard to believe they do comprehensive testing of their gear-- they simply don't have the volume to afford optical benches and whatnot. Not blaming them, just the nature of a small business vs. a large one, and an inherent limitation to be aware of. Gear seemed to be well taken care of cosmetically. Prices are pretty fair, customer service is pretty good, and hard to argue with the convenience if you're already in the area.

They'll also cancel your order if you don't respond to this "authorization email" within 3 hours. That's insane to me. Never in my life have I seen a more antiquated, convoluted process in my life.
