If you love your ride (2002 cbr600 f4i) as much as I do, you know it can be really difficult to find a good sportbike shop in mesa. Sure, that may sound crazy for a big city... but do you know how many rip-offs are out there?! You've got to be careful! Adrenaline performance is officially my go to spot for any repairs to my baby. For good reason: they're skilled, knowledgable, entertaining, quick, and extremely thorough. To be honest with you, I had never been as pleased as I was then when I had called adrenaline. It was one of the first weekends of sub 90 degree weather in a while since summer started and POP - I ran over a bolt that an idiot dropped in the hov lane on the 202 and desperately needed a new back tire to make it home.That and underwear as this was the first time ive ever had to try and slow to a stop with a flat tire. I called up a few shops and was quoted anything from 175-225 for a new or slightly used tire and pickup including labor and because it was so late my bike would most likely have to sit overnight (or until highway patrol towed it lol). Well, Siitting overnight was not an option.Adrenaline had the best price and was the closest to my unfortunate tire problem so I had the owner Jeremy come pick me and my bike up with no real expectations. When we arrived at the shop, I was promptly greeted by two guys at the front counter. They were extremely inviting and although the place was closing in about 30 mins or so and obviously busy, they took my bike in without any problem. In fact, they seemed happy I had chosen them. That was refreshing! Anyway, long story short they fixed my bike and even let me try on some cool new leathers. We had a really great conversation in the twenty or so minutes it took for them to fix her up, too. Here's the best part: I was so excited my bike was back in action, I couldn't wait to take it outside for a test ride. Before I hopped on, I saw that their mechanic (mike I believe) had tightened up a few bolts that were loose on the windscreen and went out of his way to even tighten up my phone-holder. WHOA. I was really surprised that someone took time out of their day to do something like that...for no reason. I know it probably didn't take him long or mean much to him, but that gesture meant a lot to me. That kind of genuine customer service is hard to come by these days and as long as I'm in Arizona, I'll find it very difficult to go anywhere else for my riding needs. Consulted with the owner Jeremy on having my 2018 Suzuki V Strom 1000 tuned for better throttle response, especially the severe off throttle behavior. These bikes shut off the fuel completely when the throttle is closed and it makes the bike jerky and a handful at low speeds. Having been riding for 40 years on carbureted bikes, this situation was not pleasant. I didn't need more power just smoother throttle control and maybe some better low end to take off from a stop. I gave him a list of the changes I wanted to be made and he gave me a quote which I thought was reasonable. I dropped the bike off and after a delay due them needing to get the correct adapter cable for the ECU, I picked up the bike a week later and rode home. Just pulling out of the parking lot and riding down the road I could tell it was money well spent. Taking off from a stop needed a lot less clutch slipping to get going and the throttle chop jerkiness was gone. The only thing I was concerned about was any decrease in gas mileage since I bought this bike to take long road trips and needed to get reasonable distance out of a tank of gas. A 200 mile road trip up through Globe and around Roosevelt Lake with a slight detour to Payson to fill up got me 41mpg. Most of the way was 60-65mph with a 10-15 mph headwind so I'm happy with that. If you need some tuning done to your ride I'd say Adrenaline Performance will meet or exceed your expectations; I know I'll go back if I need any other work done to the bike. read more

When faced with a sudden oil leak, I was 1st directed to Custom Cycle ATV Repair, which is like a block away from where I'm stayin', but they only do Harleys. They recommended Adrenaline Performance (which, as it turns out, was the 1st place I looked for my 1st helmet) so, having already met the crew, I brought 'em my problem... Jeremy (and co.) is frickn' awesome! They fixed up my oil leak faster than I thought possible with how much work they do, let alone 'expected'. Then the 1st time my bike died, I was like 10 miles away from home and probably 8-9 mi away from the shop. It was a Saturday and they were closin' up shop but he came out to pick up my bike ANYWAY! Then when they were done workin' on it, and I was tryin' to get there ASAP to pick it up, he came and picked me up. They cleaned my carbs and installed a new cam-chain(or something rather) tensioner and it's as quiet as new, not to mention runs like a champ. Seriously, those of you needing your bike fixed, do yourself a favor & bring it to these guys, or have 'em come get it (cuz they will!). I'm so glad bike repair is this much cheaper than cars. i've been going to jeremy at adrenaline for a couple years now, i buy all my tires from him. Thats saying something because when you go through a set every 1500 miles, you tend to do your homework. Jeremy gets this and has been competetive with all what ever prices i find on internet. I do allow him to make a buck and understand that supporting a local bussines allows us to have him around when we need him. Try getting a internet shop 2 mount your tires. Adrenaline is a full service shop that has a large inventory of new and used accessories for sportbikes, also theres a full line of protective gear there. He has bikes for sale as well. I sent him my buddys crashed bike and jeremy did the insurance claim and repairs as well. I've tried the other guys down the street, and have nothing against them, except Adrenaline is a more rounded, full service shop with a friendly and knowledgeable staff, and great service. Great Service, Fair Pricing, and friendly/reliable staff are the best ways I can describe Adrenaline Performance! I took my Kawasaki 300 in because it had a plethora of cosmetic issues not to mention a few problems with the actual bike itself and talked with Jeremy (owner) to see what could be done at a good price. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable and got right to work on finding the best bang for your buck parts possible. Throughout the whole process Jeremy was incredibly communicative actively updating me on the status of the repairs and answering any questions I had. I expected the repairs to take at least 2 weeks but the staff is very skilled and I was able to get it back ready to ride in just over a week! Incredible job by the owner and the staff, they are super friendly and aren't there to drain as much money out of you as possible, they are genuine people who want to take care of the community. Even though it took a little longer than I would have hoped for, I still give them all 5 stars because they really do try their hardest to put the best quality work into your machine.they also take the time to really teach you about your machine and let you know exactly what was done, why it was done, and how it was done. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied 110%. And even after, if you still feel like there are any issues they'll take it right back and work on it until it's resolved. Some might call the shop unprofessional, but I call it personable. Other shops I had been to such as Kelly's Kawasaki failed to make a lasting impression on me and my business with them. I first met Jeremy when he was in the small garage closer to University on County Club. I was so impressed with the work done on my YZF600 that I also took him my Ninja 650R and my daughters XR100. That was 2006-2008. I sold my bikes and recently purchased another YZF600 with varnished carbs and stock turn signals. Took the bike in because there are not many aftermarket parts available for this bike. Jeremy quickly got me in and had my bike running flawlessly and the next week during the afternoon he quickly devised a custom mount for my rear LED turn signals and put flush mounts on the front. If you are looking for good work, reasonable prices, and friendly people then this is the place for you. I had a great experience with Adrenaline. I took in a salvaged Honda VFR800FI I recently bought and they checked out all the external parts free of charge (I didn't bother having them go into the engine or transmission so I guess only time will tell there...). They gave me a quote for recommended fixes on the spot, and after checking online everything matched retail and labor charges beat the comparisons to other local shops. I took my bike in and Jeremy gave me a ride back to my apartment! Mike was the mechanic who fixed everything up (the main issue being a busted fork seal, but in addition new tires, brake pads, spark plugs, slider bushing, filter, chain service and oil, clutch & brake fluids. I thought the issues to be one thing but after their diagnosis, they found it to be another. They could have just said it was both and I would have never known the difference. I had a good friend rec this place and I'm glad he did! I had some ass cut me off about a month ago, and I had to lay my bike down, needless to say I had a good amount wrong with my bike. I called them and they got my bike in that day. They took a good look at my bike and took care of everything. As soon as the ins company came out to look at my bike they had it back to me the next day. This was the day before turkey day, and they stayed after hrs to fix it for me, so I could have my bike back. This meant so much to me, because this is my only way to get around. Took my Honda CBR1000RR in for a full inspection and had an awesome experience from start to finish. The inspection was completely free, the staff was super friendly and informative, and they actually took the time to explain things instead of just rushing me out the door. Huge shoutout to Zack especially -- he went above and beyond and even stayed late to make sure my oil change got done that same day. That level of customer service is hard to come by nowadays. Jeremy is an extremely cooperative and amazing mechanic to work with/go to for anything motorcycle. He's done custom halo lights for me that other mechanics would not feel comfortable doing, and he did them for an extremely good deal, I saved 50% on hourly labor costs. He's installed levers and a windshield on my 2009 ex650 and he's currently doing some body repair to fairings that got scratched up from a drop. Bottom line is he hooks it up and there is no compromise in the results of whatever he does. He does a great job. Took my xv535 1993 in today to get steering bearings done. Had a quote from a different shop for 300 on just the bearings. Jeremy shows up tho and says "look I know you're not driving a mercedes kind of bike, so how about we do this, lets replace the steering bearings and fork seals at the same time, and I'll do it for you for 200$ this week." Wow. was my first thought. I have a weird work schedule too tho, and he said he'd be able to get it done for me in less than a day. I'm seriously impressed. Been going to Jeremy for a few years now. He's the only place I've ever brought my bikes to. This visit they did a valve adjustment and spark plugs. I have a 2014 R6 and before I brought it in it was having issues with shutting off while riding, mainly when I pulled the clutch in to downshift. I feared for the worst but Jeremy and his tech Oscar are very knowledgeable and assured me the valve adjustment was the culprit and it would be running back to normal after they were done. Great place!!! Talked to Jeremy about a cam chain tensioner. He told me I can go with a manual one never really tried it heard the procedure had to be done right or you'll blow your motor. So yeah they have the experience. Went with the manual worked on by dale. What a great mechanic dale is he also talked to me about a lot of diff stuff I didn't understand much about.
