We were in an emergency situation, having Hub issues miles back, heading to Butte, MT. I found these guys using Yelp, so I called. Marc in the Service Dept said they will look at it ASAP, and if we need a Tow to call back. Limping along at 20 mph, hauling a 42' fifth wheel, no less, we made it. An hour before they closed. Once there, they took the Dodge 3500 in to inspect. Sure enough hub, break pads and rotors shot. Marc said parts will be in at 0730 next morning and will be done by Noon. He gave us a loaner car and directed us to the neighboring motels and food. The truck was done and waiting at 11:18. These people couldn't have been more helpful to "out-of-towners". AAA helped me to find this shop and they have been extremely helpful and fantastic to work with. I had to stay overnight for a new alternator to be brought in. They fetched my car from where it died and dropped me off a hotel. Part they had shipped in was bad, so they made a special trip to Sioux Falls (2 hour round trip) to get yet another one so I wouldn't have to delay my travels yet another day.
