From the moment you walk in it is so welcoming. Their sign saying "bigger than it looks" is so true! We could've spent most of the day in here. There was so much to choose from the place had a little bit of everything and I had to go home with SOMETHING. The shop has many booths for different vendors so it was cool to know my money was going to someone local. I will say it is pretty cramped in there so that's one thing to keep in mind. Although definitely look in all the nooks and crannies! Never know what you may find. Overall though I loved our experience here!

At first I honestly thought I might be texting with a bot, but it turned out to be Lily herself, the daughter of the owners. In a bit of a panic about missing the other sale and not having anything locked in, I called and spoke with her brother. He stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes, walking through my entire order and making sure I had everything I needed. I was blown away by the level of service. Maybe I'm a bit jaded living in LA, but this felt truly above and beyond. It's rare to find a company that is this responsive, personal, and genuinely cares. I also love that this is a family-run business. It makes such a difference, and I much prefer supporting companies like this over big corporations that often lack customer service.
