She knew we were calling for "Ana" and admitted to "making a silly mistake and booking 2 people at the same time. She believed she was "working" on my niece the whole time. And said she didn't have the time to work on her. And referred her to her friends salon. Mind you we never informed her we were outside her salon. While we were on the phone she was walking to the salon holding a cup of Starbucks and was NOT with a client. She clearly booked a client and chose not to work on her. Knowing it was her Quinceañera a special moment for my niece. She easily took a deposit and was unprofessional with declining services for no reason. Please choose wisely. It seems it's NOT the first time she does this!
