My friend from out of state sent me flowers after I had surgery and entered a rehab place in Fishers, IN, where I will remain for a few weeks. The flowers were delivered by Adrienne's on May 31, 2025. It is a small, pretty bouquet, made of mostly white and yellow daisies. I like and admired the flowers, but something bothered me. The ends did not look very well. But I have been too distracted to pay close attention in my medical rehab situation. The third day post delivery, there was too much decay. I thought maybe it was time to add more water. That is when I discovered that this bouquet HAD NEVER BEEN WATERED! There was not a drop of water in the vase. The stems were even and like freshly cut, with no deterioration that water would have caused. I immediately watered them. Then I got Adrienne's phone number and left a message, describing the problem. I have not heard anything. The bouquet is six days old in these photos. I circled places that have turned brown or lost all their leaves. The daises are dropping all over the floor. They usually last a long time. read more

I ordered 2 different arrangements for Mother's Day. Totaling over $130 in flowers.. and both were incorrect and one arrangement came in a coffee mug. I am very unsatisfied with the service I received and will not be going back. Almost every aspect I picked out between the two arrangements and paid extra for were incorrect besides the color selection of flowers for 1 of the arrangements. And paying $30 for an arrangement with a glass vase included, just to have them come in a tiny blue mug saying "thinking of you" is ridiculous. read more

Although the flowers were a beautiful surprise from my boyfriend, Adriene's totally dropped the ball. My surprise was supposed to include a box of chocolates, which certainly wasn't given to me. The company didn't even turn the card around to display the message from my boyfriend. I've never received flowers, so I didn't know until I fiddled with it later in the day. Additionally, when my boyfriend called Adriene's about this, he said an employee hung up on him! I have been living in Noblesville for 6 months.. From what I have gathered so far, the stores with the worst ratings are the best places. Makes no sense to me at all but it seems to be the case! I found this place by chance a while ago and went in to buy some flowers for my daughters teacher. The young lady was very knowledgable and the flowers were gorgeous. Thank God I did not read yelps reviews first or I would have never gone here!!! I wanted to buy some flowers for my doctors and nurses so I decided to order from them again. I was truthfully a little nervous because of these reviews. The flower arrangement was breathtaking. Just like picture. Usually I think 40 bucks for flowers is a rip off anywhere but these flowers are well kept, very fresh and beautiful. I believe I was helped by one of the owners this time. I also picked two fresh stems from the single stem selection. I choose the something (forgot name lol) daisies (even though it was hard to choose with all of those flowers!!) they were the same prices as marsh so very fair. The difference here is that they added some extra greens to the flower and put a water container to the flower to extend the life of the flower. He finally wrapped them and tied them with a ribbon. He did this for each of the daisies even though they were only 3 dollars a piece. He told me they have been in business for 39 years. So before you pass on this business because of reviews please understand a business open this long would not be open for decades if it was that bad. I highly recommend. read more

I have used this flower shop twice and was disappointed both times! I ordered a sunflower/fall bouquet for Senior night and there were minimal flowers for that amount of money that I spent. The corsage and boutonniere that were designed had no roses and just filler flowers in them. When we ordered them we asked for no carnations and of course there were carnations in the corsage. I ordered 2 weeks in advance & they never got there, though my credit card sure went through. They apparently called her twice to get directions, even though I had asked them to call me. This is not a hard place to find, multiple other women in her office got their flowers. Do they not have GPS or a smart phone(see other reviews)? I called that day to complain & was told someone would call me back, they did not. I called the next day & was given a refund & told I would get 20% of my next order... My wife got no flowers on Valentine's Day, I look like a Schmuck, her friends got flowers, 20% off another order is not going to help here. I at one time owned a business in Noblesville for a short time, so I am acutely aware of the difficulties on running a business. With this said, providing customer service is the easiest of tasks yet there's little to no attempt at this business. I received some birthday flowers from my cousin who lives in the UK. They were lovely. Lilies, roses and other cream flowers. Within 2 days some of the flowers had withered and within three days the roses had died and the lillies were losing their petals. I was really disappointed. I went into Adrienes Flowers and Gifts shop. I explained what happened, they were very apologetic and gave me another bunch of lovely flowers. I was very pleased and impressed with their customer service. I would highly recommend this flower shop. read more

I would not recommend this florist. After attempting to deliver my flowers 30 minutes before their closing time, I had to wait til the next day to call to reschedule delivery. When I called today to reschedule, I asked them to please leave them at the apartment complex office as I would be working. This afternoon, I received multiple calls from the delivery driver (no voicemails) as he was lost and could not find the complex. He seemed extremely irritated I took so long to answer, and complained he was to far away now to deliver them today. When I asked if they redo flowers that haven't been delivered (going on 3 days, these aren't going to last long once they get here), he told me I could take it up with his manger, he was tired of people like me, and hung up on me. I called the office in tears and was assured it would be taken care of. However, it is now the evening, no flowers and their offices are closed. Really disappointing when my husband took the time to call from Afghanistan, order these flowers as a surprise, and paid $90+. We will be going back to McNamara florist for any future flower purchases. We'll see what tomorrow brings, but as this point, I just wish there was a way to ask for a refund. read more

My husband had flowers delivered to me for our anniversary. They were beautiful upon arrival. When he told me how much he paid for them, I couldn't believe it! $85 for a very small vase with a few regular sized roses and several small roses. This florist was so helpful to me when we had a death in the family. They were very kind and understanding, and even sent a small bouquet of their own to our church for the funeral service. I use them exclusively and always s think of them first when I need flowers. They have always been timely and provided beautiful arrangements. Ordered flowers through FTD.com, and this florist was selected for an early 2/13 Valentine delivery for my wife. Location was a large business in Carmel. Flowers are delivered, and my wife sends a thank you text, and then asks how much they were. I take this text as a concerning not good sign. I text back $130, and she sends pictures, and then I realize why she asked. The quality was terrible, about half of the flowers were already brown. On top of this issue, the quantity of flowers looked smaller than the base level, and I had purchased the best level from the FTD site. Wife says she will call the florist and ask for a replacement. Response from the florist, "What would you like us to do about it?" At this point, my wife says pick them up, and refund my husband's money. I now call FTD and they call the florist, and FTD apologizes and says the florist will deliver new flowers on 2/14. My assumption is since a mistake had been made the day before; our delivery would be on the early side. The 2/14 delivery was never made; they never attempted to pick up the old flowers. In fact my wife said they are still at the front desk this Tuesday morning. I just talked to FTD and they are refunding me the total amount of the purchase. I understand this was a very busy time for a florist, the weather wasn't good on 2/14; however, no phone calls, no communication, in fact a total disregard of decent business practice. I would be very cautious recommending this florist to anyone. read more

We were very disappointed in the funerial arrangement we ordered from Adrienes. We picked up the bouquet the afternoon before and we transported it ourselves, and while it was not hot the next morning, the actual bouquet was so wilted by the time we arrived at the funeral we didn't even want to display it. For $100 plus dollars, we think we deserved fresher flowers. I give one star for the staff, as they were pleasant to deal with. read more

I would not recommend this florist. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother's day and the product received was a pathetic resemblance of the website photo. The mini roses that were full roses on the photo were not fresh in any way and this product wasnot delivered on the day requested. Was doing an order from the florist very own web-site, and the 1st thing I noticed was a $12 delivery fee (all the other Noblesville florist charge $10 or less, AND a $2 wire fee (whatever that is. So I called the store and asked them about the wire fee, they told me they can't control what the "internet" does. I said I am using YOUR website, the fee goes to you, correct? She said yes. (Strike 1) Then I asked if she would be willing to come down on the delivery fee since the house I was sending it to was 2 miles away, but still in town. She said, the delivery fee is just what it is. I said, why was your so high since the other FOUR florist in town were all $10 or under. She didn't have an answer. And I suggested perhaps those are just a few reason you have a bad name and suggested she bring it up at the next owners meeting. Ordered flowers thru FTD. Adrienes was the florist who delivered them on 2/13/14 All the roses had dead petals on them. The arrangement looked as if they were just thrown in the vase. It did have a nice vase. My wife calls and asks about them so I asked her who delivered them. I tried to contact FTD they had very long wait times. I called Adrienes asked to talk to owner or manager. They said he was busy right now so I talked to a young lady and explained it to her. She was not going to do anything so I asked to talk to the owner Steve. One of his suggestions was for me to pick them up and bring them in to have them " Worked on" I told him that is why I had them delivered. I told him to deliver new ones on friday and just pick up the old ones. They delivered new ones.The quality was some what better still looked as if just tossed in vase and this time just a cheap vase. Two days later and all the flowers are dieing. FTD has a seven day guarantee so I called in. Still had long wait times so I just went thru the order more to talk to a person. Explained the whole thing and told them I want my money back. They told me I would have a refund in 3-5 days.I would not use Adrienes for anything. read more
